Socibus receives praise for having buses in good condition, with drivers who are skilled and knowledgeable about their vehicles. However, some users have noted that the seats can be uncomfortable on long journeys and there were occasional issues with air conditioning functionality. Despite these concerns, the overall experience is considered satisfactory by travelers.

The bus was on time and arrived early, the Seville station however did not update departure boards and I was lucky enough someone was working to direct me where to go. Not a Socibus issue but a station issue. The bus however left more than 15mins late due to trying to load a large group of people with lots of bags. And the drive still arrived 15mins early.

The driver was friendly and tried to help even though we spoke English. We were under the impression that we would be taken directly to the airport. When we had to switch buses at the bus station it was difficult because our Spanish wasn’t good enough to be understood. We did finally get on the correct bus and make it to the airport. I would suggest this trip would be better for fluent Spanish speakers.

Excellent service but very confusing bus stop, lots of people were stressed thinking they couldn’t get on the bus to their destination because of the different numbers system- maybe have an explanation that there are multiple buses going to the same place at the same time?
