Bus Tickets from Cusco to Puno

Bus left Cusco on time, and arrived only 20 minutes late to Puno. Comfortable seats, and a safe and secure journey. Cruz del Sur have a separate terminal to all the other bus companies in Cusco, so the check in experience is a lot less chaotic compared to other places in Peru where all the bus companies leave from the same terminal.

Separated seats, toilets on board, paper provided, movies to choose from and ebooks to read en Espanol. Muy bien. Left and arrived on time.

Seats were reasonably comfortable, lots of thoughtful amenities throughout (like velcro curtains to block the sun)

Trip was canceled. No information given before hand. After we arrived to the bus terminal they rerouted us to other company. Trip was delayed 3 h and seats were worse than paid.

We were supposed to arrive to Puno, Peru, and on the way the bus driver stopped the bus, told all the passengers to get down of the bus, and then we had to take another bus to Puno and pay for the taxi from the place the bus stopped to the bus terminal. Very disappointing.

The bus was very old with no air-condition, so the heat from the sun was insufferable. Also seats were worn out, some of them even broken.

Excellent coach company. Announcements in English and Spanish. Appreciated the comfort stop half way through the journey!

The bus needed new springs and shocks in the back. The lights above the seats didn’t work and the air was intermittent. But the seats were comfortable. The driver was good and the attendant was very attentive.

A man from Staff sit on rear next to me and started speaking loudly by phone. I dont get it. Luck of principales of culture.

The seats were comfy but they turned on the heat so high!! I asked the staff multiple times if they could turn it on and off every now and again but I was ignored. 1 member was quite aggressive in his manner also. I didn't get a minutes sleep as it was sweltering hot all night ! 😩

Time went by so fast with all the stops and activities

This was completely different than my last experience with Superciva. The bus was much more luxurious, no loud music, comfortable seats (3 across), clean bathroom, and light snack suitable for vegetarians. Had there been wifi, it would have been perfect.
