Bus Tickets from Mississauga to Rideau Centre

The driver was very rude. Poor customer service in general. One of the passenger had to get off the bus in Mississsauga because the driver was mean. He was acting as if he is doing a free favour and the passengers are children, he can just order around...very disgusting.

The drivers were very inconsiderate we were not allowed to drink even water & no eating snacks. It was a long trip & it is only human to get hungry or thirty. Driver said no food or drink because they don't want mess. We are adults & we know that. While tye driver kept drinking and chewing

Very good service, the only thing there should be an indicador where to stand to catch the bus, especially in big size of parking like Mississauga for example.

Driver was very kind and helped to remove the bags! The lights were turned off during the night journey so everyone can sleep!

I enjoyed the comfort of the bus, lots of space not crowded! But the waiting time at first pick up and at the bus terminal, I did not enjoy!!!

The ride was comfortable and fast. The only suggestion i can share is the Van or Shuttle signage on Pick up Points. It was hard to find the vehicle if its not labeled. Maybe atleast the driver is wearing a uniform of the company or a portable signage on top of the vehicle.

Everyone was extraordinarily nice. I had my purse stolen on the platform, but lucky for me I had my phone in hand and so had my online bording pass, from Malton to Union to Fallowfield. Everyone checked up on me. Just great!
