Futura has received mixed feedback from its users. Some passengers appreciated the comfortable seats, which are conducive to sleeping during long journeys. However, there were concerns about unpleasant odors in the restroom and a lack of clear communication regarding boarding times and locations. Additionally, some reviews mentioned delays on routes to the border and unexpected stops that extended travel time beyond what was initially promised.
We took bus from Puerto Vallarta to Guadalajara. Station well organized Bus On time. Driver helpful. Bus clean windows washed. My seat wouldn’t recline and footrest didn’t work but others in our group were fine. Not as nice as Primero Plus but decent way to travel

Driver was great, felt very safe. Seat very comfortable Nice and clean. When i asked, the aircon was turned back, as it was quite cold to start. Disappointed there was no wifi or on board entertainment. Of course it would need to be bi lingual. The screens were there but nothing running.

We had to wait at the bus station for over 2 hours, we arrived at 9:45am, but the 10:35 am bus Corrida 251675 never showed up, we had to ask the staff many times, they kept saying different things: there were delays, there were traffics, there was accident... until 12:00pm, they put us on a different bus.
