There were also reports of unexpected stops extending travel time and instances where assistance with luggage was delayed upon arrival at destinations.

We took bus from Puerto Vallarta to Guadalajara. Station well organized Bus On time. Driver helpful. Bus clean windows washed. My seat wouldn’t recline and footrest didn’t work but others in our group were fine. Not as nice as Primero Plus but decent way to travel

With no notification at any point, I was waiting for my bus only to find out it was running almost 3 hours late! I had no choice but to buy another ticket with a different company. What a pain!

The bus was two hours late to depart. It was suppose to have arrived in Puerto Vallarta at 10 am and did arrive at 4 pm . The last I used this service it was on time. Not sure what the problem was
