However, several reviews mention issues such as loud entertainment systems that hinder relaxation and occasional delays due to unscheduled stops or cancellations without notification. Some passengers also noted difficulties with finding the bus terminal and non-functional charging sockets.
the airport bus to Merida doesn't allow enough time to catch it if there is a holdup at the Cancun airport for whatever reason. We arrived at 3:28 pm and because we had to take a bus downtown and had a 2 hour wait and then the trip, we didn't arrive at out Villa until almost one AM the the next day. Also, the direct return trip from Merida left at 6:15 AM or 9:30 PM. There should be more direct trips between the Cancun airport and Merida. Otherwise the trips were fine.

I loved the space and the comfort of the seats, as well as the accessible bathroom. On the other hand, in the booking it was mentioned that the bus includes entertainment, which we didn’t get, and there was a stop of more than half an hour which delayed our time of expected arrival.

The bus didn’t come at 4pm. They said change the bus at 5:20pm, but the bus came 5:45pm. It’s down grade and we didn’t have seats and couldn’t rest for 3 hours. We’ve waited the bus for 3 hours. We arrived Tulum at 10pm. We couldn’t eat dinner and couldn’t use swimming pool in my hotel.

My experience with ADO was good. The buses are comfortable and leave on time or near on time. My trip was from Oaxaca to Puerto Escondido on the new highway. My ticket said three hours. It took well over four hours because of all the long stops due to road construction. That highway is far from being finished. So please tell your customers that this trip is four hours plus and not three hours. If I would have known, I probably would have flown. Mike
