Common concerns include extremely cold temperatures inside the buses, strong odors from toilets, loud entertainment systems causing discomfort during travel, and issues with ticketing at terminals.
The bus terminal is a little unclear, but go and ask all the drivers if this is your bus and you'll find it. The ADO bus itself was super comfortable, relaxing and a really easy trip. A clean toilet and even mute buttons overhead for the TV they have playing. Definitely the way to go for comfort.

Comfy seats. But the driver played a movie the whole ride without video, only audio! So we had to listen to the sounds of a movie with blank white BRIGHT screens in a pitch black bus. SO annoying

Our bus got into a minor accident. The bus driver and the other driver seem to have settled the matter but 40 minutes into our trip the police stopped the bus and we had to wait 90 minutes for another bus to pick us up.
