I have taken two ADO buses. It is easy to book your trip and the buses left on time both times. The buses are really comfortable but for some reason to drivers love to crank the AC and the movie sound. But it has a bathrooms and I would rather be cold than hot. The USB outlets did not work on either bus.

The trio itself was good, the driver taking care of safety and ease. The discomfort I had experienced was lack of healthy food options at the Oaxaca terminal. Aside from snacks, each food kiosk primarily consisted of sandwiches. The only other feedback I can give is the great discomfort I had due to the fact that my seat remained in a reclining position and did not adjust to be upright. Without the option of repositioning my seat, made the trip exhausting.

Very poor experience - what should have been a 3 hour journey from Puerto Escondido to Oaxaca turned in to an 8 hour journey due to a blockade on the highway of ADO buses. There was no communication to tell us this before we left so we had limited food & water. We will not be using ADO again.

Apparently the main road from Puerto escondido to Oaxaca City was blocked so instead of a 3 hour trip it was 8.5! They apparently told people as they were boarding but in Spanish so I didn't find out until we were a couple hours on the road.

Our 3hr transit from Peurto Escondido to Oaxaca became 8hrs today. Only told on boarding bus - no comms to us via email or app to notify. Actual drive was fine and good coach facilities.
