ADO receives praise for its punctuality and spacious, comfortable seats. The staff is often described as courteous and friendly. However, several reviews mention the buses being excessively cold due to strong air conditioning. Additionally, some passengers experienced issues with loud movies or music during trips and occasional communication problems regarding delays or cancellations.
The bus terminal is a little unclear, but go and ask all the drivers if this is your bus and you'll find it. The ADO bus itself was super comfortable, relaxing and a really easy trip. A clean toilet and even mute buttons overhead for the TV they have playing. Definitely the way to go for comfort.

Comfy seats. But the driver played a movie the whole ride without video, only audio! So we had to listen to the sounds of a movie with blank white BRIGHT screens in a pitch black bus. SO annoying
