ADO User Reviews
ADO has received praise for its friendly drivers and staff, as well as comfortable seating. However, several reviews mention issues such as overly cold air conditioning and loud movie audio without video display. Additionally, some users experienced delays in travel time or confusion with ticketing procedures at the terminal.
It was good but it wasn't clear where to catch the bus back when we got dropped off at the side of the highway to go to Tulum ruins. Luckily there was a tourism rep, Diego, (working for the City I guess) who gave us a free map and directions to walk to the ruins (even tho he may have been trying to interest us in hiring a personal guide to make our experience more informative) and we were able to go to him again after to help figure out where to catch the bus back. He informed us we needed to get on a 'collectivo' (those white coloured tourist vans) to bring us up the highway further to get to the ADO station. It was cheap tho...only 40 pesos.

The trio itself was good, the driver taking care of safety and ease. The discomfort I had experienced was lack of healthy food options at the Oaxaca terminal. Aside from snacks, each food kiosk primarily consisted of sandwiches. The only other feedback I can give is the great discomfort I had due to the fact that my seat remained in a reclining position and did not adjust to be upright. Without the option of repositioning my seat, made the trip exhausting.

The bus seats were comfortable and the temperature was nice and cool. However, the bus left 10 minutes late and the was very loud the whole way
Namii W.
Horrible. Had a 50 minute bus ride that took 4 hours. There were spiders and cockroaches crawling on the window. I sat with my phone light shining so I wouldn't get freaked out. Bus driver didn't share why there was a hold up.

Quite difficult knowing when your coach was called
Nathalie S.
The bus from Tulum to Cancun was 1 hour late. Drive was extremely slow and really cold inside
