I really liked the comfortable chairs. The bus was even faster than expected! The only maybe annoying thing could be that the tv is always on and pretty loud. If you’re not sleeping it’s nice, if you’re trying to sleep, depending on the movie, it can be disturbing. Finally, it can get quite cold in the bus.

Bus was clean and comfortable. It was about 40 minutes late departing TAPO and made an unadvertised stop at another station in Mexico City but only added about 5-6 minutes to the trip. Traffic added another 25 minutes (to be expected on a holiday). I bring this up as it put us an hour late getting to Puebla CAPU and there was no gate for us to park. We circled the terminal twice to find a place. On the bus, one of the usb charging ports didn't work...
