Nothing went well with our trip. We spent more than two hours held up at the weighing station at a town in N2 in the western cape. Not as if this was enough it leaked oil on its way to Uitenhage in the Eastern Cape and that was the end of it. I had to hitch hike to get home.

Extremely disappointed, bus was three hours late then had a problem so we were moved to those mini buses that time we paid for a mainliner and that bus was extremely uncomfortable and cold.

at first the bus arrived later smelling urine , then we had an accident on the road leading for us to wait more than 3 hours for another bus & luggages got missed too . we were supposed to arrive at 8 am but we arrived at 2pm

The toilets was disgusting. We only stop in the beginning for a 15min break and 4 hours later for the next stop. So if the toilet are disgusting its makes it very difficult if we only stop 4 or 5 hours later. My boyfriend asked the drivers if he can sit in front and the said no but when we stop to pickup people they can sit there so later in the Bus we just sat in front for some more leg space because my boyfriend is very long. The driver brought us safely to Uitenhage so that is probably the only good thing

I had a great experience with intercity express. The riding was smooth, quick and comfortable seats. However, I'm tall and there isn't enough space for my legs. Other than that, it was a great trip.

They drive safe, the drivers wait for u, they r soo... Respectful. Am soo... Satisfied with the trip. I will always take intercity express

No toilet on bus. They didn't even check that all passengers were on board after a stop they almost drove away from me and the driver only communicated in Xhosa so how could I understand what he is saying !!

I did enjoy the trip, drivers were rude and passengers were freezing inside the bus no aircon

It was horrible. The drivers had this music on whole night making such a noise. I asked the one to lower the volume. He was so disrespecfull he told me to go and sit at the back. I went to the back - still the music aloud. If I was a man i would have really hurt him. My son is authistic he was terrified of the noise. will never ever use this transportation again. and I will make it my duty to let the whole world knows

I was robbed my money bcs I booked I ticket than I canceled it they say they are going to give me a voucher to use it when I want to go somewhere I'm still waiting for it till now.

pathetic,thebdrive was pleasant but the bus arrived 2 and a half hours later with no explanation and staff as so rude they even locked us out of the station even though bus has not arrived yet because it as too late. Very rude

The bus was 6 hours late and when it came we had to wait another 2 hours before we left Cape Town and the driver was rude and they refused to stop at the garage no matter how much we asked them to stop and the driver was sleeping while driving refused give the other driver to driver coz he was falling asleep

The bus was clean. The Staff was fine. But it left 1hr 30 mons late and there was no explanation given. As a result I couldn't go to work on the following morning.

Amazing experience, the staff service! Took a bus from Capetown to PE Satadei the 19th in the morning, unfortunately the driver was just getting off his shift but he was so amazing,introduced himself and the other drivers bade us farewell. Bus was clean, arrived at my destination before estimated time!!

I loved the comfortability ,the space ,the bus is very warm and peaceful but the toilets ? They were dirty, stinky and disgusting. Not happy at all about the toilets.

They are so panctual and professional. That alone was an amazing experience for me.

Good the driver was impatient and he was very unprofessional while communicating with passengers during stop breaks

Williams Coaches staff are very friendly and helpful.I enjoyed every single minute i step on the bus .I Don't have anything negative to say about Williams they are the best keep up good work guys🙏🙏🙏

Drivers managed to take safety decisions when bus was experienced brake problems. I could hear when braking, retarder was not in control. Thanks to them for managing the problem
