Not happy at all intercape decided to allocate a big sky bus with no charging port but I booked intercape with intercape price only to get a substitution

My experience was very bad I booked intercape who supposed to leave Johannesburg at 8pm and arrive 6:30 am but we arrived at 3:20 in the morning And they changed the bus we supposed to go with and the bus was moving like a paper on air.

The ETA was way off we arrived over an hour late also the sanitation of the toilet on the bus is disappointing I didn’t even use it but I could smell it the whole way 🤢🤢

It was comfortable and very fast yet the driver drove us nicely. I didn’t like that the charging port wasn’t working.

The driver was great. The departure from Johannesburg bus station was chaotic. No indication of where to wait or queue. A very noisy hall. The trip was lovely, and on time.

I enjoyed the fact that the bus was late meaning we got to Durban around 5 and it wasn’t dark anymore meaning less risk of being mugged

I enjoyed only the ride with the driver we got to durban in time and the seats are not comfortable at all it has a little space inside.

Bus was 3hours late & had traffic for like 3 hours straight so basically it took me 12 hours to to get to Durban, terrible service

Horrible. Bus was late and we had to take a completely different bus and people were fighting for space.

The bus was dripping, I was wet my laptop got wet, I informed the driver and his exact words were “what should I do” no empathy, no apology, no accountability as representative of Greyhound.I have videos that I will post, of how the water was just dripping on me from JHB until I got to KZN, I was only able to change seats at PMB when people jumped off. Even before the unpleasant trip the bus scheduled to leave 19:45 only left at 21:00 explanation no apology, bags not checked in I had my luggage beneath the seat, no leg room for 9+ hours imagine.

Aircon wasnt working , rain was coming through the roof of the bus , bus arrived at 8:30 instead of 5:30 am

Punctuality, I had a 2 hour delay ,bus was in a filthy condition unhygienic, i felt dirty sitting in the bus ,the toilet had a bad odor through out the journey.Aircon wasn't working well ,bus was stuffy .The driver drove so fast and drove badly he continously drove over bumps and cat eyes ,he was racing ,kids and their parents who sat near me were keep checking the roads and kids held on to their parents .This has been my worse experience on a bus .

Arrived at the bus station an hour and a half late, driver made more drop off stops than expected, he even did a pick up whilst passing Harrismith which was an inconvenience to many passengers waiting to get home.

The seats are extremely uncomfortable. The bus was on time when leaving Johannesburg but ended up being delayed

The bus ride was amazing, the driver was nice, and I felt like I was riding on a flying car.
