Bus was 1 hour late to it's destination and it was not the intercape mainliner I booked.

Safe ,Grate service from the drivers, air conditioning was on point hot and cold whe needed..

The drivers were extremely rude, especially the one packing our bags…. The other one was really just talking a lot

The bus was warm but it was very late we arrived at our destination an hour late with no explanation or apologies for that matter

The trip was so satisfying the driver was very friendly. We didn't stop at Montrose we had another stop which was 10 minutes from Montrose which was really wise cause Montrose can get really full at times. The bus was not full so I enjoyed having the whole row to myself. As a person who love sightseeing I can confidently say I prefer the Intercape Bus over flying or taking taxis. It was my second time with Intercape and I can't wait for my next trip❤️🎉

I'm really happy with the service the bus arrived earlier than the stipulated time although the seats where not comfortable but it was great 👍

1.I liked the comfort of your seats the widened I felt so comfortable like never before but I didn't like the state of the bathroom it was like the urine was liking and I think it is something that need to be fixed urgently and the time of the bus arrival for pick up I think it was late we stood in the quee for 15minutes extra it was late but your drivers knows what they doing behind the steering it was perfect driving👌👌👌

I didn't like the fact that they didn't update us about the breakdown of the bus on the stand until I asked why we not onboarding. The trip was good and arrives 2 hours early.

Oh I really enjoyed my travel with Greyhound the staff were so amazing very friendly too

Very bad the bus was smelling and it had cockroaches. We also had to change it 3 times biz it’s kept on having problems which could have led us to having an accident I will never ride on that bus again.

We didn't arrive at the exact time as mentioned on the ticket but I enjoyed the trip. The driver was friendly and the bus was clean.

I enjoyed the driving, however the bus was dirty and it was 3 hours late, because the driver was stopped for over an hour and we had to crowd fund R500 then in Pietermaritzburg we stopped for an hour again, i could proceed to where i was going because of the delays and not getting transport. Now i must find accomodation to proceed in the morning.

Arrived at the bus station an hour and a half late, driver made more drop off stops than expected, he even did a pick up whilst passing Harrismith which was an inconvenience to many passengers waiting to get home.

The seats are extremely uncomfortable. The bus was on time when leaving Johannesburg but ended up being delayed

The bus ride was amazing, the driver was nice, and I felt like I was riding on a flying car.

It’s 09:53 21 September and I’m still in the bus in Harrismith, had the bus gotten to Park station on time instead of an hour and a half late, we would’ve gotten ahead of the snow storm

There was no bus … they are scammers!!!

Firstly I did not know that the bus does not get inside the park station like other buses. Had i have not asked about its parking i was gonna be left behind. It is not safe in the boomgate where it parks. We were sent sms's advising of the delay. It was a 9pm bus however it delayed to 10pm. We were transported by an SMT bus and not by an APMCW bus that we booked and there was no explanation for the changes. The trip was horrible. The bus had windows that did not close properly. It was extremely cold. There was dust all over and the driver was rude

Desatisfied. Bus arrived late and was not in good condition and was not properly branded

Firstly there's no waiting area,you just wait for the bus by the street corner, no seats ,secondly the bus was 1h15 late,3rdly when the bus arrives it looks like a shack that takes kids to a nearby school I've never been so disappointed in my life..

The bus didn’t arrive we were all taken to other buses. Ended up leaving with APM bus more than two hours later. The stuff did not even have the decency to give us an update on where their bus was. The fact that they considered passengers that booked online and at shoprite as less priority disgusts me the most.

Worst bus ever. It was 2 hours late and pickup point is at a dodgy, dirty corner outside of Park Station. Let this bus be the last/emergency option.

People who were on that bus no one will ever buy your tickets again we all were angry and disrespect Ed. Poor service.

I didn't enjoy anything buses was not the one I booked n it arrives late they were not up to date

Nothing! I did not enjoy, it was horrible, 2 hours late in the morning and 2 hours late to arrive in Durban 😒

I didn’t enjoy anything the bus didn’t pitch, we had to travel using min buses and also they didn’t give the driver tollgates money. We had to wait for the manager to deposit tollgates money, bus was supposed to depart from park station at 21:00 but we ended up departing at 00:55. They must remove vilamora, we didn’t even sms to say the bus is late and they are organising transport for us.

The bus didn't show up I was scammed R1700.. And at that time they don't have offices

The company does not have any offices and none of their lines go through, therefore I’ve lost money and the buses have not been operating from last week.

Booked APM but ended up leaving with a different bus that was very hot air condition not working properly and windows not working
