Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Durban

The ETA was way off we arrived over an hour late also the sanitation of the toilet on the bus is disappointing I didn’t even use it but I could smell it the whole way 🤢🤢

The bus is very comfortable , clean and the driver knows how to work with customers, the only challenge was the arrival time, we arrived bit late than the expected arrival time.

It was very bad, the bus was stoping now and then they were trying to fix it. We arrived at 07:43 instead of 05:35🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮

It was great. The bus was really clean. Just the charging ports in our row of the bus wasn’t working but the other side was.

I was excited that for the first time I'll be using Intercity but was very disappointed at the services. Instead of leaving at 10:30pm we left at 11:00pm, the bus tucked on the way for 6 hours . The time is 10:51 now I'm still on the road - was supposed to reach my destination at 05:20am today but No, I'm still traveling. I'm so disappointed to this company - I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, sorry!

Very good, the driver was very down to earth and respectful to everyone, and treated us courteously

I enjoyed only the ride with the driver we got to durban in time and the seats are not comfortable at all it has a little space inside.

Bus was 3hours late & had traffic for like 3 hours straight so basically it took me 12 hours to to get to Durban, terrible service

Horrible. Bus was late and we had to take a completely different bus and people were fighting for space.

Punctuality, I had a 2 hour delay ,bus was in a filthy condition unhygienic, i felt dirty sitting in the bus ,the toilet had a bad odor through out the journey.Aircon wasn't working well ,bus was stuffy .The driver drove so fast and drove badly he continously drove over bumps and cat eyes ,he was racing ,kids and their parents who sat near me were keep checking the roads and kids held on to their parents .This has been my worse experience on a bus .

Dissappointing, they put us in a wrong bus, not Greyhound. It was 2hours late. The smelly toilet and chemicals and chemicals irritating our eyes. It was very bad experience for my kids. Nothing was communicated about the changing of the bus. It was not worth the money that I paid. Bad experience indeed

The bus came 1 hour 30min late, had any accident along the way which added more time on our journey and The bus has noise broken things and leaking Air conditioner water to all passengers. Arrived at my destination 5 hours late

The seats are extremely uncomfortable. The bus was on time when leaving Johannesburg but ended up being delayed

The bus ride was amazing, the driver was nice, and I felt like I was riding on a flying car.

The bus broke around Vosloorus and we had to wait for another bus but fortunately we had very professional drivers who informed us that they have to stop and wait for another bus, this caused a delay on our side
