Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Cape Town

It was absolutely amazing, I'm so happy with the cleanliness of the bus, the toilets were clean. We had such a smooth ride, our driver is truly an excellent driver. And to top it all off, we arrived 2 hours earlier than the initial arrival time. I will definitely be traveling with intercape again :)

During early hours of our departure we were given more often time to rest after Kimberly we were no longer given even a single chance to go to the bathroom. The bathroom in the bus was blocked and messed up.

Bad experience, the sests of the bus compressed, one can not even stretch, u guys don't care about customers, u care about money, along as money is comming, it's ok with u people, thosears are too small, yhd plastic bags are just lying on the seats, ur seats did not have a netball where kne can put fubish, it was really bad. I'm really thinking yo use greyhound all the time ,it dedmd they care more than u guys..

I don't recommend this at all, bus came late,and 17 hours of ride, the driver oy stopped twice for us to rest and only given 15 minutes. The seats were not enough space for the legs

The journey was not so pleasant the toilet was too smelly n I was sitting close to it

The bus was on time, the drivers were good, the bus was clean and had spacious space

The bus is terrible 😢 we were supposed to leave joburg around 15:30 but we left @park station around 19:00 which was tiring and time wasting I don’t recommend this bus

Very unsatisfactory. The bus was in poor mechanical condition and broke down. Supposed to arrive 10am in the morning. Arrived at 4pm in the afternoon - 6hrs late !

The bus was suppose to depart at Johannesburg at 15:30 but the bus arrived at 19:50. We are still stuck at Bloemfontein since last night we have been waiting for another bus or mechanic. The experience was horrible

I’ll be specific, I traveled with bus number 984, it was comfortable and though the ride was long I would probably have chosen the same bus if I knew it would be this comfortable. It was not bad at all, tiring but not bad, the bus stopped a few times, it didn’t leave anyone behind, there was a toilet and the charging ports were working. I rated four because they could do better with keeping the time, but e left the station an hour late and arrived almost 1h45 minutes late.

My 1st long distance drive and it wad great. Bus was on time but we left hour late cos they waited for everyone else to come which was kind of them

It was my first time to take that bus everything was fine arrived early today before my working time ❤️🤩

My bus left me pleaded for a top up for the next bus and they refused had to buy new bus tickets for me and my son unacceptable. Had to use a different bus for the new tickets I bought.

I was made to move from my sit for an Indian to stay where I was staying ,in the name of she is going with a child of which where they made me stay was a tree sit and the Indian and the so cold child that looks 13years could have stayed there. The was one black person on that chair and that made me think that we are not created equal because I said I am not comfortable to move ,but because I am girl it made the guy to treat me that way , I am still asking myself why he chose me because the were a lot of people sitting one by one in two seats and I was in the last sit of the bus , I won't lie that made me uncomfortable the whole trip I even cried but the Indian was a priority as she paid more money not like everyone else

The drivers were very good and accommodative. The bus was full with bags which kept on falling. The co_ drivers was given to passenger and two row from front were loaded with bags. Why don't the company hire trailers during opening and vl8sing of school than to cause such inconvenience.

I had the best drivers and a smooth ride 😁 I am highly satisfied with Big Sky Express they are affordable and luxurious

I didn't enjoy the fact that the drivers ignored passengers numerous requests to put on the aircon it worked the night before but during Day they didn't bother to put it on

The bus was on time and arrived on time, the driving was good and the drivers were friendly and notified us on every stop. I really enjoyed my trip.

Feel like I donated my money because I missed it then Delta Coaches made me buy the same ticket again. Unprofessional.

It arrived late at the station for departure we had to wait somewhere for another bus to change from the bus we came with to another bus

Delayed on start 2 ours. Broker down 175 km from Cape town.we jad to hitch hike to goal.horrible

It was good the seats are so comfortable I like that it has toilet inside but the trip took way to long than it was estimated.

My bus got canceled and a day before that I had to make another arrangements to get back to cpt

Nobles is the very worse unorganised bus company in the whole world; there was nothing to enjoy as we bought tickets for a Monday and on the day we were told they don't operate on Mondays, they didn't have an office. We were stranded with children a far and foreign country.

very bad experience with FFGERTSE don't recommend tye bus to anyone, bad customer service, was suppose to arrive in cape town by 10:00 guys what at 12:00 I was still on the road it's 14:00 now and am still on the road😭😭😭😭😭 to add the bus is not even registered😭😭

FFGERTSE didn’t arrive at all, our trip to Cape Town was canceled and we didn’t even get a notification email or phone call stating that it’s postponed to the following day!!! Why aren’t there backup busses or form of communication for such situations? This is not a good look I’m upset , I had to go to an important function at work.

I bought a ticket and was informed that there was no bus that day. So I had to book another ticket. It was the most uncomfortable bus I've ever ridden on. The seats and aisles were smaller than other buses & the night route was torture.

Nothing I enjoyed, then the trip was a disaster to me first I booked the APM but I ended up in Delta bus, no one informed me about what happened to the bus I booked ,and the Delta bus was so late we left JHB at 20:00 hrs instead of 18:00 on top of that the service was very bad bus Marshall's insulted of the passenger . The worse scenario here I traveled for two days to cape Town, please cancel this bus the service is very bad.

The bus didn't pitch and was postponed for the next day. Even on the next was there was no show and we were to be transferred to another ugly bus that was an hour late😡💔. Really bad service.

Ilula bus did not come,I ended up buying another ticket for a bus that took 24hrs to Capetown and was over crowded!!!

I did not enjoy at all,First the bus was late by 3 hours,I had a very small bag which was not weighted which had few socks inside and was charged 50 rands for, I was informed that I wasted my money because the busses where no longer allowed at park station and those people who informed me were very rude.I almost paid for another bus. Terrible service ever!!!

Bus don’t come on the day it was supposed to and no communication, had to find out at the parkstation , bad services by ilulabus
