Bus Tickets from Cape Town to Bloemfontein

Terrible experience ,Bus broke down within 3 hours of departure and the driver didn't provide clear updates. We had to wait over 3 hours for mechanics. Very disappointing service.

It's not really the trip itself, but what happened at the bus pick up station that put me in a bad mood the rest of the journey: a dude harassing us just as I'm about to board the bus. Wouldn't take no for an answer when we said we weren't gonna pay him for a service we didn't ask for. My advice: don't allow a stranger to handle your baggage, even if he looks helpful

The time bus arrived and departured yesterday was so amazing and the service was quick and m thankful we were served by respect lastly the bus was so comfortable i enjoyed my trip

Excellent drivers, but only stopped twice coming from cape town to Bloemfontein, 3 stops are definitely needed. Would suggest Beaufort West also be made a stop, because 6 hours non stop from laingsburg to colestown is a bit too much. Other than that no complaints

I liked that the bus is clean and has good seats... but what I didn't enjoy is the bus leaving without having checked if all the passengers are there.. and they left us bit eventually they came up with plan B

My first time every travellings with Greyhound and needles to say it was a terrible experience. 1stly we were informed to change busses shortly after we boarded the bus due to a supposed breakdown. 2ndly the overhead charging compartment wasn't not working. 3rdly Staff was very slow and somewhat incompetent and Lastly the drivers were speeding and inconsiderate of the effect that their driving capability had on the passengers on board. And the bus had crawling insects and roaches

The trip was nice and very fast. The driver’s service was excellent. However, the passengers? They were making excessive noise and no one was saying anything about it. It was annoying.

I enjoyed their services. Everything was communicated and the bus arrived on time.

I didn't enjoy that the bus was 2 hours late for departure from Cape Town and 3 hours late for arrival in Bloemfontein. There were only 2 refreshment stops in Colesberg and Langsburg which are far parat from each other however the bus made multiple stops along the way.

The bus should depart at 6pm. At 7:30 I was finally put on a bus. At 4:30 am, the relief driver woke up to take his turn. I joked with him. He asked me where I get off. I said Bloemfontein. He said this bus does not go to Bloemfontein!!! Thete we're 8 of us put on that bus, and the driver did not know we should go to Bloemfontein. At 9:30am. We were dropped off in Queenstown, 25

The bus was cancelled and we were not informed until exactly an hour after our supposed departure time. We were taken to a different bus that left 2hrs later than the time we were supposed to leave...this bus deserves a whole book of it's own, from picking up Hitch hikers to people sleeping on the passage way and drop off on the highway... listen regret the whole experience

The bus was delayed then it got a puncture at Colesburg. Not the driver's fault though
