Bus Tickets from Mthatha to Cape Town

The drivers were so kind and friendly and we arrived on time I have no complains

Bus was clean and comfortable. Both drivers were so caring and in good mood it was really a nice trip

The bus was too cold this time, no heaters no toilet, i am so disappointed serious.

i enjoyed everything besides the fact that the charging portals were not working

There's literally nothing i enjoyed. Bus late by 2hrs, the was no proper apology. Bus was dirty, smell of urine was all over the bus.

It was late by a whole hour and no apologies or better explanation... The smell inside the bus is hectic

Bad experience with late coming. A driver from Durban to East London he was busy with his phone the worst part busy chating and driving. Otherwise l like the bus is comfortable except these two things.

Had an awesome trip with Intercity Xpress. Drivers were friendly and professional. The bus was spacious. I wish the seats were softer. Otherwise great experience

The bus came very late. My departure was 12:40 but guess what the bus came at 15:00...

Very bad bus was late by 2 full hours and nothing was communicated we were meant to be fools in that Mtata

It was extremely bad. The drivers stop anywhere they even bumped an animal then we have to wait for them to take that animal in to the bus😡

I like the way our tickets processed I did it online when I get to the bus our names were there. On the way it was smooth people did ask the driver to stop for several times but the driver didn't complain I really enjoyed

The bus departed 3 hours later than the time it was supposed to, it was vvv cold also

The bus was late, I had to wait for an hour even though they said it was going to depart at 14:30, we left at 15:40, other passengers were forced to sit on the floor from Umtata to Queenstown because the bus was overloaded. It didn't have curtains too and there were cocoroche in that bus.

I did not enjoy at all the bus was raining all the seats were wet and the driver was rude

My trip was horrible we used 3 busses just for one trip. We arrived in Western Cape at 4 am they made us wait 4 hours in kraaifontein and philipi while we waiting for taxi to distribute passengers to their destination, I ended up leaving there and risk my life to get a transport to my place the place was very scary and it was not the place I was supposed to be dropped at. Makhalala trans doesn't care about people safety and time.

Driver opens his window the whole trip and their delivery structure is not well structured

was bad the bus driver was rude and the bus was not in a good condition and the speed of the bus was fast

We were told in Queenstown to go for refreshments for 15 mins but we stay, at the bus for an hour without any explanation of what is happening as a result we arrived in Cape Town at 4am

This is the third time we travel with BADELA and the experience is still A+. I am very happy with their drivers, they obey the road laws, their client services in the bus. I appoint myself as an ambassador 😁😁😁

I enjoy the Rude and we arrived on time.. And i didnt like how they treat us those who bought tickets online,shopprite changing us to a old bus and ask people who pay cash take a new bus.

Bus left on time which is gud but there were unnecessary stops not communicated with clients in the wilderness, sometimes we will be informed when they are done or not at all, but was too hot during the day and too cold at night only bottom but on the deck they were sweating. Service busses in order to circumvent losing your clientele, small things may lead to something serious and that's not what we want, we love using jobela services.

The bus arrived at 16:00 which is 4 hours late and we got into the bus but at 18:00 we were still at the bus station. It was raining we were wet, and our bags were soaked wet also. After 6 we were told that the bus was cancelled and will leave the following morning so all in all the bus never left

There is nothing I enjoy as I still on the way to cape Town Jobela star stark at Graaf Rainett by 21:00 and nothing happened until 04:00 inches morning I will never use this Bus 🚍 again

They’re faster and taking the shortest distance,but what I did not like is that they waited for 2 clients more than 2hours they were late and we had had to be patient ..along the journey they stopped randomly to give some guys a hike that made us get worried because what if they are armed and they rob us?..but I enjoyed the trip because they don’t stop town to town

Bus arrived at destination time, comfortable, the only thing that is missing is the charging ports.

They work well with people but their bathroom didn't have water
