Bus Tickets from Pretoria to Cape Town

The ride was ok time of departing and arrival but the passengers that boarded on upper deck we suffered from aircon that was uncontrollable by the drivers and told they don't know what was the problem so am not sure if I will still be intercape customer after this experience or suffering

I enjoyed the clearness and everything was fine .I thought the WiFi is working and the TV

The bus was right on time and we left right on time as well and we travelled safely no complaints. Clean bus with respectable and helpful drivers. The bad thing was those people who took number 2 in the bus toilet 🥹🥹🥹🥹yoh that guy almost killed us. I think there should be a note that they shouldn’t take number 2 in there.

The bus quality is fine, it is comfortable. Greyhound never delays time unless there are complications. Everything was nice and fine.

The bus was supposed to leave Pretoria at 11:30. We were loaded like a bag of potatoes in a stinking citiliner bus just after 13:00 and dropped off at Johannesburg. We left Johannesburg at 15:09. We finally arrived at Cape Town just after 11. Worst experience. The drivers were super nice.

We were 2 hours late for the drop off. We stopped for more than 45 per break after stating only 15 min. We stop multiple time too pick up people that clearly was not on the list. Maximum luggage was 25kg. After we stopped at the jhb bus station we waited an hour for them to load people as we left the station the first stop they loaded 2 people, not even a block from stop we stopped again this time loading a washing machine, fridge, a black outdoor dustbin, a green plastic bath with loads of stuff and they wanted to add a bed base. Once the bed base did not. Our first official stop when we had 15 min. Everyone was ons time. Then the one driver had an argument with a passenger for 45 min outside. Once again we had made a stop at a garage that is not on the way, once again we loaded a person that should have not been on the bus. One passenger stood up and talked to the driver letting him know this is unexectable, the next stop in Kimberly we were on the road already for almost 10 hours still not halfway to the location. The driver then took the opportunity and argued with the passenger at the garage who told him we are already behind. The people sitting next to me had to be picked up from Port Alfred at 03h15. Due to all the additional stops they got off before 5 in the morning. They made an additional stop once again for them to by food as they never went to get food when we stopped at garages.

On 19/03/3025 I didn't like that the bus was late, alternatively we had to take a bus to Park Station to catch our bus to Cape Town . Except that it's confined and has tiny seats and our bags got wet as a result when it rained. Another this was that , the toilet was clean and we maintained it .The drivers were very informative and very helpful. They tried to keep up with the time although some people left for too long and we had to wait for them. Overall i enjoyed my trip and want to thank the team, we made it in peace and we have all our belongings safe with us. I would recommend it to others...🙏

I’ve used eagle liner several times to CT but bus that doesn’t have a toilet is a No No🤞🏽We arrive 2hrs late because it has to stop on every stop… it’s tempering with our health.. we can’t drink water properly to avoid stretching our bladder

What I enjoyed is the comfortability of the seats, the air ventilation was good, the bus is clean and all the charging points are all working, and the staff members are kind and friendly

The service is okay even the staff members are fine the problem the bus took too long

The drivers where very nice and treated us with kindness. They drove very well. On time the bus was late and also the arrival time was was 2hours more. But we arrived safely and the journey was pleasant

The bus was well driven and fairly comfortable however I didn’t understand the delays and the toilet didn’t have any toilet paper and it smelled from the get go.

The bus was clean and the drivers were all helpful and always checking if everyone has returned after the short stops.

The experience was wonderful very professional staff and time sufficient, cleanliness of the bus was up to date. I’m very happy with the service I got.

The bus drivers were informative. The bus arrived on time. The bus was clean. I just loved the whole experience.

Bus arrived late at the pick up point in Pretoria, then stopped without diesel along the way. Passengers had to get on another bus. In the end it was late at the arrival point over 3 hours !

Terrible, arrived late, late notification of one hour which pan out to 3 hours.. We will never use them again

Bus was late with two hours it kept on breaking down,we had to be switched to another bus,which drove without stopping for refreshment or bathroom,very rude and arrogant driver he left a passenger people had to intervene to wait for her, i arrived late with three hours,this bus is a nightmare.

The bus arrived 2hrs late without any prior notice for the delay or new arrangements, we were very angry but our drivers cooled us down by their sense of humor and by driving us so nice even though we arrived late than expected, we were happy for our safe arrival and they even made sure we know where we are going, I really salute them and advice the company to keep them as they'll save them customers

My bus was for 11am and it got cancelled 3hrs before departure, I missed all my engagements that was suppose to attend on Sun morning and lost all my money. The bus was overloaded, I could barely move my legs. I was forced to pay extra money for my suitcase that weighed less than 22kg and it was for the 2 of us. According to the T&Cs for APMWC doesn't mention anything about paying for luggage or size of a bag one should have. My experience with APMWC was worse and traumatic, driver was even rude with my daughter and shouting at her.

The service is verry bad.the buses are not comfortable.They just postpone their buses anytime they want to and I’ve missed my class because of that,il no longer book APM shame

First of all I Called ramola and I have advised them that there is no such station in pretoria and they were acting as if they are going to assist but there was no assistance so please tell me how can we resolve this
