Bus Tickets from East London to Cape Town

Was very relax the the entire journey, well experienced drivers, love the fact that they are matured individuals. With the bus, everything went well accordingly and on time. ❤️👌🏾👌🏾

It was very bd the bus had a bad smell from the toilet and cockroaches were all over ,the drivers had to chances us 3 times from one bus to another and thereafter we weren't given time for refreshment stops ,I'm never recommending your services to anyone

Did not enjoy anything ...bus was very hot .stuffy no windows to open .. Toilet was very dirty

The trip was delayed for more than two hours. We were supposed to arrive at 10H00 but ended up arriving at 14H00. I had a flight to catch from Cape Town to Lagos, which I missed. I paid R7,000 to book another flight from Cape Town to Lagos. It was a nightmare because I had never experienced flight cancellation. Intercape is supposed to compensate me for the loss due to service inefficiency I suffered.

They're very helpful and patient with the passengers. They also like to joke around , it is fun.

The drivers we so cooperative with us and we were told that the bus is gonna delay for an hour and it arrived at a specified time.

My experience with APMWC indeed, I booked a bus for departure 15H00 from Cape Town to Arrive at East London by 06H30, as was going for interview which was scheduled for 12H00. The bus was reschedule to departure at 18H00 and arrives at 10H00, that was so disappointing. I explained to the cashier or Clark about my situation. He suggested that I must take another bus that will departure at 14H30 and arrives at King William's Town at 06H30 and take a taxi to East London he will repay me the cost of the taxi from King William's Town to East London. I did that because I did want any argument as was not prepared to miss the interviews. Their reschedule costed and inconvenience my journey the bus was so hot inside we were heating air-conditioner was not working. Secondly when I come back the following day as I booked a return ticket, it was raining at East London the bus was leaking and still not heater we were freezing. So please pay me the cost of expenses from King to East London

I was very happy with the drivers they make sure we are all happy and satisfied♥️🙏 but I was not happy at East London Park station when we pay our bag I pay R220🤔

The bus was late for more than an hour and they did not inform me we had to wait there with no information

The bus was on time my kids traveled very safe and arrived on time I will definitely use this bus again... 🤞🙏🤗

It was thee worst nightmare I don't mean to be rude, There was an overload and we had to wait 2hrs for the office to resolve the issue which led us to arrive 3hrs late in Belville. The poor drivers had to stomach the frustration from passengers it was not a good experience at all.

The bus was very slow and doesn't keep with the depart time and we waited for the bus because they were busy washing the bus and after they didn't even sweep the floor

There is nothing I enjoyed because I booked Eagle Liner with R630 and EAGLE LINER didn't come I traveled with INTERCITY express that came at 14:00 of which I booked for 16:00. So the bus company did not take us seriouse, they sent a message saying the Bus will 35 minutes Early but it was 2 hours early and it was not the bus I booked

The bus delayed also we were told that the bus driver forgot the permit which led us to wait for intercity bus

The bus was 3 hours late no explanation no communication. Then it was very hot, we kept asking if the driver can switch off the heater to no avail.

Trip was satisfactory and the client service was in top standard.The bus is luxurious

The bus didn't go we slept at the bus because Ilulabus did not buy fuel for their rented bus I'm so furious I have a meeting today in cape town and even worse they couldn't reach Charles(boss)on the phone

Ilula bus has not left east london to cape town since yesterday. Offices are still closed.

There's nothingbI enjoyed from when I got to the station. There was an hour delay and we were only notified after the departure time. The bus that came was a small unbranded bus. Arrival time was suppose to be 6am but due to the delay I expected to arrive at 7am. Heeee we arrived at 10am the bus was not allowed to drop us off at the station in Cape Town we had to be dropped off else where.. If ill ever book this bus again

Very bad customer service no communication they must remov their bus they don't know how to run the business

Ow what a wonderfully bus like we were travelled on time, Andi we arrived on time, I was staying with the candidate who selected for interviews for physcically assessment at Cput at 8am but the bus arrived earlier at 6.30 in bellville so I love it, the drivers also communicating us very smart not rude.thank and I need a return ticket to East London on 23th Jan 2025 for me only

The service was very bad I was traveling from east London to cape town the first bus dropped us at Queenstown and the second one took us from Queenstown to Graff Reneinet we then moved to the 3rd bus that dropped us as leeu gamka were we have to take another bus to cape town which was impounded and we ended up hiring a taxi in order for us to get to cape town.

Information on delay was not provided. The bus got involved in an accident which caused more delays. Took Chilwans more than 6 hours to make alternative arrangements for us to get to final destination.

Nothing cause they didn't respect time to arrive

Everything else is fine , just play closer attention to the cleanliness of buses

The bus was too cold , the drivers must stop this thing of putting air condition at night , sinus that I’m having now from being cold in the bus. Heaters must be on please otherwise I enjoyed my ride

The bus was overloaded, some passengers were sitting on the floor. Because they missed their busses and were loaded on to our bus

I booked a bus, why did we get a Veco/Mini bus? Disgusting! Never booking with them again! I highly do not recommend!

The experience with Jacobscoaches was very very bad coz the bus supposed to be at the station at 3:20 but we waited until 20:30 that’s when they organised mini bus and quantum

We'll I enjoyed that the driver kept the arrival time as well as the departure time but what I did not like is the kind of bus we were traveling with I was not aware thta we will go on an iceco it was really uncomfortable as I was traveling with a typical toddler

The bus had a tyre punch in the middle of the road and there was no spare wheel, we had to wait for another bus with a spare wheel and that took 2 and a half hours. When we got the wheel there was no jack to change the wheel we had to wait for another bus with the jack and that was approximately 3 hours.

Horrible, bus never arrived at 16:05 at east london. The mini bus got a tyre burst and drove 20km to Cookhouse. @ 12:18 dropping off Bellville. I'm still to be dropped in Cape Town. Very disappointed

The bus did not arrive and my sister is still in Queenstown the bus was suppose to departure yesterday
