Why did you guys lie about the bus breakdown and gave us the lowest valued bus in the world after paying so much money. We delayed for 3 hours, that bus was dirty and stinking and there was no communication between us passangers and the driver. You guys need to do better and stop lying to us. I even took the pictures of the bus you lied about. I need you to refund me atleast half of what i payed because the standard of the bus you gave us deserves a R370

It was very bad 👎 😔. First, it arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes late. Second, when we finally boarded and reached Mthatha, we were taken to another bus that was less comfortable compared to the one I came with. I arrived at my destination at 19:20; I was supposed to arrive at 16:30 according to my booking. My meeting was at 5 PM, and I missed it.

Bus was delayed with one hour to later having a tire puncher which took about three hours to be resolved ended up not having transport to my exact destination and sleeping in a petrol garage

Im unhappy person with the driver, he told my nieces to go out of bus & weigh their bag in the ofc so they can get a ticket no, they went inside the office to do as they are told, the heartless man left all 3 and they said since the bus left them they can't change tickets, we must buy another set😭 very disappointed with intercape and the way they treated those kids after I left them inside the bus. Had to go back & fetch them
