Bus Tickets from Kokstad to Johannesburg

I enjoyed the way our drivers were friendly but i did enjoy the trip becuse charging pots were no working

I enjoyed traveling with Eagle Liner; the trip was smooth and fast, which I appreciated. However, the heat on the bus was unbearable, which made the journey uncomfortable. Improving ventilation or air conditioning would make a big difference.

i was supposed to wait at shell garage but i got off at Engen garage. driver called to check on me. when he found me he was not mad at all. He gave us time to use toilets and buy food

My trip was pleasant, I like how swiftly the check in was and your people are friendly and caring. But our bus was delayed , I guess better be late than never.

I didn’t enjoy the trip firstly the charging points were not working secondly the bus delayed and they didn’t communicate for the people who are connecting if they are delaying the intercape service is not the same anymore

The experience was terrible, reckless driving from the drivers and terrible conditions in terms of the air conditioning, the driving from the drivers was the worse I've ever experienced in my big age.

Horrible the bus was 2 hours late with no communication when we called the customer service number Amanda was very rude

The bus did not arrive I waited for more than 3 hours without any update on what's happening, I even tried contacting them myself but my calls weren't answered and emails not replied. The worst bus experience I ever had.

Very bad , the bus did not arrive and I had to book another bus and the worse thing is that they did not inform me about the delayed or canceled bus And when I called they did not answer my calls for the matter

I didn't enjoy anything about the trip.

It was the worst experience of my life. I was supposed to leave on Friday but the bus didn't arrive, they called me telling me that the bus won't pick me up.. Imagine! I was supposed to go to work on Saturday but all thanx to Transit Liner I didn't go to work.

Driver was very considerate in getting my husband and i seats for our late booking. Shout out to Allister David for helping me with booking the bus in such short notice.

The driver's are very professional and very informative in regards to how long we should take for toilet breaks and stopping at Montrose and other drop off stops. I also loved how they handled the drunk lady who took the bus from Emzimkhulu, she was very rude and seriously needed a slap.

I enjoyed my trip with citiliner it was literally a great experience. However there was some licking on my seat during rainfall which I didn’t like

Very luxurious bus I have never expected as I'm not familiar to the name.Had decided as early as the moment I boarded in kokstad that from now on, only an unavailability and a might be unaffordable price at that particular moment, that could make me to book any alternative bus.. otherwise this is my future choice . Personnel/drivers behavior and time up to destination point left me speechless with appreciation..thumbs up and keep up.

It was supposed to pick us up at 6:30 pm but ended up coming at 8:45pm. My mom had to call that they send messages to everyone letting them know and the only sent messages saying we should get in another bus. The charging pots are not working completely. The drivers have an attitude.

I actually enjoyed everything, good service, warmth and cleanness of their bus. We had a perfect trip.

I arrived on time in Johannesburg, so it's not really a train smash that we left kokstad at 20:00

I'm happy with everything

The bus didn't arrive we slept at a garage. There was no communication nothing.
