Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein

The bus arrived over an hour later than indicated to the destination, was not appealing especially because no one acknowledged that

The trip was not good at all because the driver played loud music throughout the trip. One couldn't even take a nap because of the load music. Can the drivers please be considerate of the passengers

I enjoyed everything, from the working charging point, to the comfortable seats. It was also affordable

The bus was delayed with 4 en half hrs, we were supposed to leave Joburg at 1o’clock but left at 4:30 arrived very late in Bloem. Bus was also changed to Express, so that whole inconvenience, I didn’t like

First we were given a shuttle bus to go and get another bus then an hour later we departed but we're at the end almost 2 hours later in Bloemfontein and the one driver explained about the toilet only in one African language and the seat was reclined and couldn't get to the normal upright position

The bus trip was great. But I struggled for more than 45 minutes when I got to the buses. No one could determine which bus I was supposed to be on. As a result I was sent from pillar to post...it was not good @ all. I was highly distressed.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The problem is the seat that I was sitting on. It was declining it's self downwards. I could not sit properly upright for long. The seat would decline slowly downwards. The seat is positioned at ground floor at the end of the bus and is a single seat.

The toilet was very dirty but the driver was so nice and helpful.what liked is that they very good with time.

The seats were comfortable but limited leg movement. Driver drove well and the punctuality was good.

No complain, i will prefer this bus next time

not enjoyed. bus was more than 3 hours late, full we had no space and had to negotiate with other pasengers to share seats with small children, bus seating is cramped, dirty with roaches roaming around, bus drivers not decently dressed, no checking of tickets, no checking of laggage very bad service.

I really enjoyed the services but I was concerned about the destination as I was arriving at late.

The bus broke down in Parys, had to wait 3 hours in heavy rain for a mechanic. Of the passengers had alcohol in that break and were very rowdy.

The bus came right on time, it was clean and comfortable I arrived at my destination on time

we waited for another bus after the first garage for about 2 hrs and the bus left late

Very bad spend 6 and half on the road while the trip was supposed to be 5 hours 10 minutes

The bus was a no show . I waited over 2 hours and it never arrived . I had to book with intercape since I was going to miss work .

They are very unorganised, my bag was not tagged / no one's bag was tagged. The bloemfontein customers where mixed between buses, an hour and a half late, and staff where drunk

The bus was 2 hours late and on top of that I left my luggage in the bus because the doors wouldn’t open, currently I’m in Bloemfontein and have no idea where my luggage is. I’m very frustrated honestly

The bus was delayed by more than an hour and no personnel from Vilamora seemed to bother to come and update us. I took it to my responsibility to go to their office and no one was on duty at the time. It was was extremely frustrating to say the least.

The 16:30 bus came 2 hours 30 minutes late without any prior notification to commuters and I had to check with ticket office since there was no examiner at Park Station platform 5 where we queued for tickets inspection. This kind of inconvenience and unprofessionalism is costly and our safety at our destinations is compromised... The bus that finally came was comfortable and warm though some windows were letting in cold air because of defective sealing rubbers on them.

Terrible Horrible experience, the bus was stopping along the way. The steering wheel was broken but the driver persisted even though he saw that he’s putting our lives in danger. Cockroaches were all over us while the bus was parked on the side of N1. The driver was rude and didn’t want communicate with us regarding when will another bus come or we’ll get help from. He just went to sleep inside the bus while we were standing outside in the cold due to those cockroaches. We didn’t even reach our destination (Bloemfontein), I had to be fetched from Kroonstad another waste of money. What a joke of a bus company. Very unprofessional
