Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth

Every thing was fine except the police awaiting for us to pass the checking and start to asks for our ID and search our backs

Had the best experience yet by far , very clean and drivers were friendly but the arrival time it was 2 hours late but I’m happy with their service

First the bus breaks down 40 minutes into the drive asked to wait for another bus for a good 2 hours they bring another bus cool but it doesn't charge arrived 4hrs late than predicted

My bag I had to place into the bottom compartment whereas it should be done. Driver drove very well,head rests are a bit too forward I think but is one with the seat so cannot be changed.

There were a lot of stops and it arrived 2hours late than the estimated time on destination

Very bad,first the bus was changed to intercity express then we've been stuck since 2 am...Its over 12 hours still waiting for another bus

The tri was absolutely wonderful, even though the bus was late. But I quite enjoyed it.

the problem is the toilet smelling from Jo'burg to port Elizabeth doesn't flashing and next to my window rain is coming inside i don't understand my jacket was wet

The seats are not comfortable for long distance. We cannot adjust our seats because the space is too little, causing discomfort for the other person.

Im very disappointed in your service as we did not even travel in an Intercity Xpress bus. Were moved to an Arriva coaches. But i paid for Intercity premium coaches. Hope it does not happen again on my return trip. Otherwise it will be mt last trip with Intercity. My trip was totally unpleasant

Time management remains an issue, the bus was scheduled to arrive in Gqebera from Johannesburg at 8:30am, but we arrived at 11:30am.

The bus was supposed to take off at 18:45min from Johannesburg but it got delayed and took over at 19:15,no1 apologized or said anything about it. The bus was not clean inside, especially the seats, where I seated had mango stained

I'm an old client ,using Greyhound since 1988 I'm very sad and disappointed to see that the bus conditions have been slowly detoriating and now it feels like traveling by the taxi rather than having that luxury and comfort I used to enjoy. Even the seats are old and dirty.The drivers were ok,nothing to say much about them. The bus was very late and dirty.

Terrible experience, the bus arrived late at the pick up point. No order in the bus with people undugling in alcohol. The bus almost made an accident and it arrived 2 hours late at our destination. Very unprofessional

The bus driver told me that the coach is not the one that I was supposed to travel with, only to find out it's the one, I forfeited my ticket had to buy another one the following day.

Bus always not time end up spending long hours in the bus and I also don't like to be transferred to another bus.

Bus was delayed by 4 hours it had roaches and was making unscheduled pitstops. The tire popped the whole experience eas very unpleasant

This bus arrived late at the jhb station an stopped allover, we arrived in pe 10.30am the Friday which made me late for church

It was horror, 2 hours late departure stop was in an unsafe place, hours of stops

I did not enjoy anything about the trip. The boarding of the bus was outside park station and it was communicated by the bus late. It departed 2 hours late. the bus was overbooked and the seats are very small. They charged for luggage and the conductors/drivers were very rude to us passengers. i will never travel with APMWC ever again.

The bus drivers didn’t no the directions the had to be helped by passengers the bus drove late,inside the bus there were people selling while we were boarding instead of selling outside
