Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Queenstown

I enjoyed the comfort of the bus. The chairs were adjustable making it easy for one to sleep. However, I was disappointed not to find a charging port.

It was a smooth journey, as the drivers were so panctual and friendly. Travelers need to stop bothering us when we're adjusting our seats, we all deserve to be comfortable.

She missed the bus by 5 minutes and could not board and couldn't get any assistance for the next available bus.

I didn't enjoy at all for it's seats were too hard like I was sitting on a stone, now my body is too painful, it feels like I was travelling this long distance in tractor. But thanks anyway I've arrived at home

The bus 🚌 arrived two hours late. The bus was very old and very much inconvenience as it is the local bus written Gauteng c ouches

I did not enjoy anything about this trip. Firstly we did not get the Eagle liner bus, there were no charging pods, one of the drivers mistreated us. The bus that we were given was not worth the money we paid and lastly the bus was very cold. The driver did not want to make enough stops

Very bad experience 1st of all the sent me a message telling me that the buses wont be available

The bus was dirty inside(there were cockroaches on the window and sits) and it was stuffy. When we stopped at our first garage stop more people were loaded resulting in an overload. The drivers were really unprofessional and disorganized with no proper communication.

The buses were late,my sit was broken and because it was raining the air-condition leaked water .I arrived wet and tired.The bus drivers were rude and very careless because they were smoking whenever we took a break.

First not punctual thereafter The bus broke down from Park Station had to be immediately exchanged at the depot with us intrasit.

Very terrible service. Booked a bus for 16.30 since I was gonna go to work the next morning when I arrive at my destination. The bus arrived 3 hours later so we ended up leaving Johannesburg at 19.00 and throughout the whole waiting period none of the staff members updated us about what was going on to cause such a delay

The safety of passangers is important. The Bus broke down more than once. Such a horible first time experience.

Iula bus canceled the trip they said the trip gonna be the next day we have to take another transport eagle liner

Our trip was cancelled for the 14th to the 15th with no explanation. We don’t know what will transpire today but so far am not happy at all with the service

the driver was speeding through the rain, drivers are very negligent while carrying people's lives. The number of accidents on the road can be reduced if only drivers could care more about passengers .

I missed the bus. I arrived early around 6pm for a departure time of 7pm and was seated at the 1st and 2nd gate. There were so signs, the screens were fighting commercials and no useful information. The people working at the gates only spoke Zulu and were shouting orders that were barely audible. Very bad experience all around. Ill stick to planes.

First of all the bus was very late , it was cold … I was going to Queenstown i don’t know why am I here Mzimkhulu …we got stucked for 2hours

The ride was fine, the bus is clean and comfortable the only problem is the toilet inside the Bus yho! I couldn’t breathe from the smell but other than that It was alright

The bus was faulty, breaks weren't serviced so the driver had to go back to Park station to exchange the bus. We were delayed for more than 2 hours. But the second bus was perfect. Elderly were catered for 💯 I'm going back to Joburg tomorrow with Greyhound and hopefully it will be the same. I love your busses especially the pensioners benefits

They are disorganized not keeping departure time. There are cockroaches allover in the bus which were crawling on us and our luggages

Vilamora is situated in a dodgy, unsafe, dangerous area which is dirty and smells of urine and we are suppose to wait outside by the streets with our luggage, whilst the bus runs late for hours on end with no communication at to where and when the bus will be arriving

They brought skorokoro bus and it came very very late instead of 17:00 the bus departed at 20:45 I will never ever use that stupid bus ...my niece arrived at 07:25 instead of 03:00

Drivers were friendly and the bus was on time
