However, there were complaints about late arrivals, dirty buses with sticky floors/windows, incorrect arrival times, and seating arrangements issues. Despite these drawbacks mentioned in multiple reviews, some passengers still had positive experiences during their trips.
Value for money and bus was quick with charging ports. The trip was only R500 compared with other buses going up to R1400

We traveled with an old bus that was overheating so we had to be on 'stop and go' and then mid way they changed us to a double decked bus which was alright, we drove nicely to Capetown. I was just disappointed with the fact that i couldn't sit with my Son on the same row, i think they can arrange us better next time.

The bus delay due to the taxi asociation that block them on N3 but the was a guy I didn't take his name he was so kind updating us in every thing keeps us calm and the bus arrived an hour later luxury bus ..both drivers were very friendly

The bus stucked at beufortwest on the 22 december 2023 we waited 4 hours machan came and fix the bus they manage to drive 3km and it stucked on open veld we had no water and we waited on other 5hours before the rescue bus arrive finally it came. So it was poor service from 21 December 2023 and we arrive 23 December 2023

We were stopped by taxi patrol for an hour at Grasmere. who said that kind of minibus not permitted. My family called jmpd and saps, otherwise we would have been forced to go back to Park station.Drivers tried their best to be cheerful but they left us in the dark re. What was going on after we were aggressively assailed by mean and angry looking taxi patrol dudes. They should have at least told us what was being contested. trip took 20 hours not 13
