What to know before traveling with Eagle Liner
Before hopping on the bus, there are a few things you should know. For starters, passengers need to arrive at the departure point 30 minutes before the departure time shown on the tickets. To board the bus, passengers also need to show a valid ID or specific travel documents for cross-border journeys.
It's also important to note that Eagle Liner aims to offer a pleasant and comfortable ride, but cannot assure the availability of all amenities on each bus. Passengers have noted occasional malfunctioning power outlets, and delays caused by traffic or mechanical issues are common.
While providing some of the most affordable bus fares in the region, it should be noted that the cost of Eagle Liner tickets is indicative of the level of service to be expected.

Eagle Liner User Reviews
Eagle Liner receives praise for its clean and comfortable buses, as well as the helpfulness of some drivers. However, several reviews mention issues with time management, including frequent delays in departures and arrivals. Additionally, passengers have noted a lack of toilets on board and limited communication regarding journey updates or stops.
[This strictly applies to the Bus I took] Firstly the bus arrived on time (as scheduled), the Bus was quite clean, which impressed me. The seats are kind of close to each other so us tall folks are a little cramped up. The ventilation was amazing, the charging points worked perfectly. One thing people usually forget, the driver was amazing and I felt safe throughout the journey. The stops are also necessary for stretching your feet, smoke break (for those who partake), refreshments and food. 15 minutes is also perfect because we do want to arrive in time. This was my first long distance ride (as an adult) and safe to say, I will be using the Bus again.

The Driver was so professional in Driving and dealing with passengers but the Bus itself wasn't up to good standard. Air conditioners were not working properly, there were no charging ports I travelled till in Johannesburg with my cellphone off due to the bus not having charging ports, the curtains were old and not closing properly when trying to put them together.

The bus was late, the charging plugs didn't work and the bus broke down before my destination after being two and a half hours late. I had to just take an uber home.

First of all the person who was there checking out the boarding pass ticket said we were not on the list and went as far as saying we can get in the bus. I find it very rude that they saw the ticket and everything and they didn’t even try to accommodate me. I had to ask my husband to step in. Would I book your bus again ? My answer is NO I WOULD NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR BUS EVER AGAIN.
