Bus Tickets from Cape Town to Mthatha

I can not say i enjoyed or not cause i arrived late to my destination and that freaked me out. Anyway it was a safe trip though & also comfortable.

Bad. From bus station it was intercape then from Bellvelle it was big sky after that they put us in intercape again. I must say they change bus 4times.the bus is so cold

Bus was suppose to reach destination @12:00 according to my ticket but that didn't happen, driver don't listen to passengers when they ask for stop to peer instead he stops in the wilderness when he wants.

What I liked is the bus picked us up on time 17:00 but we arrived at Mtata around 13:10 we were supposed to arrive 7:30 that is what I didn’t like about them

The journey was very bad the bus was supposed to arrive at 5pm at the station in Cape Town but ut delayed with an hour the bus was loaded. I left cape town about 6 pm and I arrived at mthatha at 2pm what is that yhoo i will never use that bus again

The bus delayed and there was not explainatory reasons to given us as clients . It took us 16 hours to reach our destination .

The seats a very comfortable, I'm happy with that. One driver is driving at a very high speed, the charging points are not working, the bus is cold with no heaters, some windows can't close properly and the wind is just coming in . Departure time was perfect, but arrival time was too late.

The drivers were very kind I enjoyed that. No music and charging point for cell phones were not working

Not much sure because I booked the bus for my kids All I can say the was no reason to worry at all

The bus was clean, nice and warm. What I didn't like was the toilet which was not that much clean, no soap and little water coming out to wash your hands. At do santizer if they is no water.

I enjoyed everything..

Ths bus was supposed to arrive at 6pm but no alao the driver was driving reckless all the way ans arrived 3 hours late at our destination

I booked my 2 boys 14 and 7 years old bus going to umtata ,the bus broke down just after 5 am till 14:30 the final manager to fix the bus and it stopped again just after Gcobo ,then they were transferred to taxis from Gcobo to umtata and the driver left them in the shell garage without even contacting the parent ,then I got a call from a stranger that was trying to help ,I won't use Makalana buses anymore I will recommend it to anyone

I enjoyed the bus was warm the entire night the drivers were friendly and it was very smooth on the road

My first time journey with Intercity was 👌 I really enjoyed the bus with caring drivers and am willing to use it on my next travel

Very poor service I would never take this bus again ,Rude employer's at cape town station not pancual with time at all we are late with 4 hours imagine

Your service is very bad i took a bus from cape town 17:45 bus was arrived buy 19:00 iget home by 18:00 i don't think i will take intercity bus its better to go to taxi rank 🤞🤞🤞

Bus was late about an hour. There was no update from them about it. I called a few times to find out but they did not pick up their phones

Booked for 16:10 pm at Cape moved to Stock Rd and waited till 21 pm only left then poor communication. Unable to use internal toilet was full of luggage.

I didn’t we are stucked at cradock it’s been 5 hours now no way for forward firstly we stucked at pearl now it’s 1 pm o’clock we supposed to arrived at 7 am

The bus was 3 hours later, and after we arrived 4 hours late to our destination, with attitude helper on desk. It was a disaster.

They customer service is very bad like really really bad. Here is why I sent them an email on 31st 10hr requesting the ticket exchange it's been three days they are not responding even on calls they don't pick up . I am in panic now coz my trip day is approaching . Don't we deserve better for our money and support we give as customers ?

It’s very bad and disgusting and Delta does not care for their passengers we waited for hours for a bus it delayed and their offices does not answer the phone😡😡🤬

Very bad service.. They arrived with their shuttle 4hours late . we were waiting for a bus but they put us on a shuttle. How terrible

I didn't enjoy.bust was 2hrs late there was no communation made what so ever.giving people false advertisement not telling us the truth that they no longer have busses they use the sprinters.theyve changed us to another sprinter from town to bellvile also when we got to Queenstown they exchanged us into an old bus that no name bus.i hate Gxaweni!!!

It's bad they said bus will be 18:30 pm from Cape Town and 11.30am Umtata but we end up going 22:00 and arrived at 18:00 at umtata and it was not a bus, they use Vego.

Did not like the fact that we made soo many stops to get the bus full and again we had to stop for an hour to wait for another bus for them to get to divide us according to our stops.😩😩

The was no charging places they weren’t working but at least the was a charging space in front , the people in the bus were so nice and kind especially the driver and others who were in charge of the bus , I enjoyed my trip

I will never book Mavumisa even if it's R50 we were loaded in a small uncomfortable bus to take us to Laingnsburg where we waited for our for another bus. We supposed to be in Umthatha 10h30 in the morning but we reached there past 6 in the evening no more

Well, traveling with Mavumisa was fine, except that the bus arrived 2 hours late at our departure. Other than that, drivers are good. We were just held up by the traffic jam for 3 hours due to accident on the way.

The bus supposed to departure at 7:00 Pm but it comes at 20:20 and there were no communication

The bus didn't come to cape town station and I had to wait for them to pick me at 10pm

I didn't enjoy anything, the bus was 2hrs late. We were supposed to arrive at 9am, but it's 1:17pm and we still on the road we'll probably arrive around 4pm if not 5pm I would never ever use this bus again it was my first and last time.

time waiting, i arrived at cape town station at 18:00 with my baby bus come after 21:00 very disappointed with NALEDI. I don't want to here anything about NALEDI really.
