Bus Tickets from Cape Town to George

This was my first time traveling on an Intercape bus. I was impressed by the good driving and cleanliness of the bus. My only negative comment is that the drivers were not helpful in assisting me with my bags or in getting off the bus. I am 75 and not so able-bodied.

It was a marvelous trip more comfortable and chargers were working nicely keep it up team

It was a bit scary when the bus had a problem but we continued with our trip till they fixed it after two towns

What I enjoyed is that it was on the right pace for travelling. The thing that I was not satisfied with were the break times, otherwise everything was good

I enjoyed the functioning reading lights and access to a charger port. The only complaints would be that the bus driver didn't announce their stops and that I arrived an hour late.

I loved how the bus was on time, it was extremely tidy and neat inside. The busdrivers were kind and the stops were also perfect

The delays were unbearable it's really unpleasant that we get delayed by almost 3 hours

Booked a 1pm ticket, there was not 1pm but so got put on a 3pm bus which means i arrived at my location 2 hours later. The bus driver played horrible and loud music

The bus is a very nice bus and neat but the one driver was very rude . He actually kicked me when I wanted to ask him a question as he was sleeping. And the bus left an hour late and arrived at my stop more than 2hours later

I enjoyed the comfort of chairs, cleanliness and puntuality on both departuure and destination.

The bus was 2 hours late

Their was no vents working for fresh air on the bus and bus really needed a clean.

It is TOTAL chaos at Cape Town station, there is NOBODY to assist the passengers to tell us at what gate we must board etc. The poor bus drivers must do everything and even they did not know exactly what is going on. I travelled with Eagleliner and will never make use of them again. The aircon did not work, the cellphone chargers did not work. The bus broke down just passed the Hugenote Tunnel. We sat in terrible, terrible heat waiting for a mechanic to arrive. Only after the mechanic was at the bus did they send a replacement bus.

Not too bad, was just disappointed 😕 because the charging ports were not working and i needed to charge so bad

Great service, I got to the station 30 mins prior departure time and the bus was already there, it left at the exact time and I arrived at the exact time to my destination. And the drivers were so nice and driving well on the road not speeding.

I'll definitely be using your services again for all my future trips so convenient and safe

No inclusivity was made for non-speaking Xhosa individual. I had no idea what as being said or happening. More than 2 hours stop in Somerset West, which wasn't communicated in English as to what was happening. No inclusiveness of other races.
