Bus Tickets from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth

I liked the efficiency in time keeping. I didn't like the heat at some point during the trip. Aircon seemed not to work efficiently

Driving was good, time was punctually but to open air condition through out the night it's bad.

Most of the time, Intercape buses I board, don't adhere to scheduled times. We left Cape Town 50mins late. There was a lot of disorganization at the boarding terminal. But the trip was was fine. The Staff was professional and the bus was clean but there was no provision for waste disposal in the bus.

The toilets was disgusting. We only stop in the beginning for a 15min break and 4 hours later for the next stop. So if the toilet are disgusting its makes it very difficult if we only stop 4 or 5 hours later. My boyfriend asked the drivers if he can sit in front and the said no but when we stop to pickup people they can sit there so later in the Bus we just sat in front for some more leg space because my boyfriend is very long. The driver brought us safely to Uitenhage so that is probably the only good thing

I had a great experience with intercity express. The riding was smooth, quick and comfortable seats. However, I'm tall and there isn't enough space for my legs. Other than that, it was a great trip.

They drive safe, the drivers wait for u, they r soo... Respectful. Am soo... Satisfied with the trip. I will always take intercity express

pathetic,thebdrive was pleasant but the bus arrived 2 and a half hours later with no explanation and staff as so rude they even locked us out of the station even though bus has not arrived yet because it as too late. Very rude

The bus was 6 hours late and when it came we had to wait another 2 hours before we left Cape Town and the driver was rude and they refused to stop at the garage no matter how much we asked them to stop and the driver was sleeping while driving refused give the other driver to driver coz he was falling asleep

I am in disbelief of the distasteful service we received from Apm service. 1. Our bus was scheduled to depart at 7pm the 23rd December 2024 and arrive at 4am according to our ticket. The bus only arrived the following morning at 4:30 the 24th December 2024. The bus only departed the cape town station after 5am only for us to be transferred to another bus before we got to George. The APM staff gave no proper information when it came how far the bus was. Saying the bus is 3 hours late. We were stuck at the Cape Town bus station for more than 9 hours with no proper communication. We were stuck there cold and hungry for over 9 hours. We ran out of food, mothers with babies ran out of hot water. We were stuck in the cold and tired. Until now no one has explained to us why the bus didn't arrive. 2. The ticket specifically says luggage must weigh 22, 679kg but your staff made me pay for luggage that weigh less kg's and make us pay not the amount written on the scale and price an amount higher than the accuracy of the scale I will never use this bus ever again in my life. This was a waits of my R990, that includes the money that was incorrectly charged for my 1 suitcase .

I did enjoy the trip, drivers were rude and passengers were freezing inside the bus no aircon

It was horrible. The drivers had this music on whole night making such a noise. I asked the one to lower the volume. He was so disrespecfull he told me to go and sit at the back. I went to the back - still the music aloud. If I was a man i would have really hurt him. My son is authistic he was terrified of the noise. will never ever use this transportation again. and I will make it my duty to let the whole world knows

Destinations need to be upgraded as per online booking,pls fumigation the bus has got cockroaches

Amazing experience, the staff service! Took a bus from Capetown to PE Satadei the 19th in the morning, unfortunately the driver was just getting off his shift but he was so amazing,introduced himself and the other drivers bade us farewell. Bus was clean, arrived at my destination before estimated time!!

I loved the comfortability ,the space ,the bus is very warm and peaceful but the toilets ? They were dirty, stinky and disgusting. Not happy at all about the toilets.

Well it would've been great if it was Intercape, the bus was okay just too much cold aircon we even tried to tell the driver to switch it off which he rudely replied that he want it cold.
