Bus Tickets from Cape Town to Pretoria

The bus delayed but it was very comfortable for the journey , unfortunately my sit did not have charging point 😕

The Arrival Time On The Ticket Was 10:40 And I Arrived At 12:30 Which Was Very Bad..

I really enjoyed it , the seats are comfortable. And easy to sleep also have enough room for your legs . But didn’t have the c type adapter It’s only usb hope they improve on that.

The bus was clean , the driver was the sweetest . Felt safe with his driving too. I’d definitely use it again

The phone chargers on the bus were not working on the upstairs section. The bus ran over two hours late and we had to change busses at park station to get to Pretoria. This was the worst trip I’ve taken on a bus and with Greyhound.

i appreciate that the bus was on time and came on time, but it was very dirty and the seats were very uncomfortable

Very bad, the bus was leaking cold air and water as it was raining the whole night, i couldnt relax or fall asleep never mind the unconfortable seats which is normal considering price mxm

The trip was OK they came a bit late and the drivers were very rude to the passengers. That was unprofessional of them to do such a thing and I will not use their buses again.

It was quick but the cold air seeping through windows at night really make the trip unsettling. A warm ride goes a long way

Signals at a very high pitch, loud and continue for more than 15 seconds at a time. Not expectable for epilepsies! I broad my health conditions under attention of the driver. His answer was fasten your seatbelt. It did not solve the problem.

The entire service and trip was very nice. Bus was clean, time management was perfect until I had to reach my destination. I was going to Pretoria Bus Station and the drivers changed people to another bus and it was not communicated in time. I had to be dropped by Midrand and get stranded with public transport to Pretoria 😨

They are friendly drivers they communicate to us about the stops and the bus is new. I hope that they will not change what they do.because the bus was on time from cape Town to Pretoria

We didnt get enough time to buy breakfast from cape town to Pretoria With only 2 rest my legs are sore

The driver was so nice, bus was very comfortable and all the charging points where working well. We arrived earlier than the time set. I will definitely use the bus again

They don't have customer care,there is no order ,the management is really bad,they are so rough.nothing is good about this bus at all .everything is bad.if l was to rate l would give them 0percent.even if the bus is good but when there is no good management everything becomes bad .

DELTA does not respect their clients, bad experience, we waited for a bus that was late for four hours, with no communication the stuff was rude and unorganized. When the bus actually arrive the bus kept dying along the way. I was suppose to arrive in Pretoria sutarday 09h45am but arrived in Pretoria sutarday 21h00 pm. DELTA must consider doing local not long travel, their services are useless including the buses and staff. Very unprofessional.

The bus was extremely slow,we left CT 16:00 and arrived in PTA the next day @14:00. Along the way the busran out of diesel. What a terrible experience it was to ride in this bus😭😭😭

Despite the transport the transport on it's own, the only problem was too many stops I think that's what course the arrival to delay, but the bus was good it had working charging ports for phones and it was clean

Bus was 6 hrs late. staff did not have sufficient info about where the bus was. Aircon was not working, USB ports were not working.
