Bus Tickets from Kimberley to Pretoria

It was very slow journey, the bus that left at about 9:30 or so got to Pretoria before us. We were supposed to arrived at 3:45 but we arrived past 5pm

The bus wa so late with more than two hours, and there was no communication. I am so disappointed.

The trip was a disaster, the arrival time at Pretoria on the bus ticket was 16h05, but we arrived at 19h00 due to lack of diesel. Which was unprofessional and inconvenient for the passengers.

The drivers were very very nice but am unhappy with lack of professionalism and lack of communication from the company, my bus was suppose to collect us at 5h30 and it only arrived 06h38 to be exact ,nothing was done for us as clients to be alerted of the delay and also being mindful we had to waiting an open area in the cold weather because u do not have an office or area of waiting so please this is unacceptable.

The bus was meant to leave at 12h30am but it arriv ed after 2am, no communication and no apologies offered

The seats was alright but the bus was dirty inside and they didn't really know which stops to make but it was alright I prefer intercape

The bus is too old, the sound of the engine makes it difficult to make phone calls

The bus was in time, no smelling of the lavatory and the drivers were friendly and drive diligently

Was seating on front seats ..the window from driver was open n was cold the whole night

The bus was late and they overbooked the bus ..me and my wife didn't have choice but to sit on the stairs from kimberley to klerksdorp because it's my mother's funeral tomorrow and very disappointed

Firstly when the bus arrives i was bored already, it was late more than 50 minutes late.

The bus was two hours late and they didn't notify me about the delay. I was late for my engagements in Pretoria.
