Bus Tickets from Mthatha to Johannesburg

It was cold. The bus driver kept the aircon on for the whole night, it was cold to an extent that i had caught cold and running nose when i reached my destination.

The bus was soooo slow, it was supposed to arrive at 06:40, but instead it arrived at 09:28

The bus was 2.5hours late, then it took 15hours for a trip of 12hours. It was the longest most awful trip I've had so far. I'm calling tomorrow to cancel my return trip to mthatha.

There was really a tracking of time and we managed to arrive at the destiny in lesser than the time I expected and also, I found the seat so comfortable

The bus is comfortable and it had charging cabins but the driver was not very nice my bags were wet when I got home.

The drivers are communicating so fine(Good customer service),the problem is with the bus no charging place, air-conditioning as it was too hot there

Uncommunicated delays plus the heater was not working it was cold but we got here safe

The bus drivers are bad with customer service. We were left for 2 hrs at a Shell garage in Queenstown under the impression that we buy food and use bathrooms, without saying anything to the passengers, the driver drove off and came back after two hrs. A further hour was spent somewhere, still in Queenstown waiting for a bus coming from East London. It was a longer unpleasant 18 hour trip from Mthatha to Joburg. I would NEVER use these barbaric company again.

The apmwc bus to Johannesburg was canceled resulting me changing the bus I wanted after that I got a which was not good at all it was not comfortable and no charging ports I was the worst and no toilet

Extremely disappointed in this bus, it departed 2 hours late from Mthatha yesterday (no diesel), got stuck in Kokstad on its way to Jhb and people slept on the way and are still there even now the time is 12:57 people left their homes yesterday at 14:00 and today the bus is still no where near Jhb. Bus is old, no toilets, kak bus 🤢

I'm very dissatisfied with Delta my departure time was 14"45 but the trip started at 23:52 and arrived at 12:36

My journey was too nice.Time management.. our driver was too much nice .the bus was warm

Late arrival No charging ports not functional Tire or wheel had issues Travelled for 18 hours from mthatha to Joburg very disappointed Everyone was very disappointed and only wanted to check tickets but the condition of the bus was so disappointing No aircon working This is the worst travel ever with intercity bus

Firstly, it was not Intercity Xpress but just Intercity bus, and nothing was communicated to us. 2. We got stuck between Mount Frere and Mt Ayliff shortage of diesel and water. 3. We arrived 3 hours late than expected

The bus arrived late, along the road it got stuck for 6 hours. We were supposed to reach the destination around 05am but as I'm writing this it's 09h50 and we're still on the road and having at least 3 more hours to travel. The drivers are very unfriendly!!

The bus came late and arrived late I loved the fact that the make sure everyone is inside before they leave

I enjoyed the comfortability of the seat and space between. I did not like the toilet it was smell all the way

The trip was good and I got to Johannesburg on time, however the driver was speeding for my liking, there were times where I got scared because of the speed.

Every time I enjoy traveling with citiliner, the chairs are comfortable and the drivers makes sure that everyone have returned and they're at their places.

They left a passenger at a bus stop simple because they were not sure if it's their bus it didn't Even stop a sec it drove passed the passenger was shouting for the bus to stop we all heard him calling. Remember we booked a citiliner bus but we were taken by greyhound so it was bound for the passenger to doubt the bus first. I really hated that behavior, I don't know if it's because he was a man because they waited at the station in mtata for some men 3 ladies requested that he should be waited for and was given direction passed time for departure.

This was going to be my first time with this bus but instead when I got to the station they gave us Luvalo bus and nothing was explained as to what has happened and why was the bus changed. The bus got stuck in the middle of nowhere at 2am for 5 hours. I am still on my way to Johannesburg now. I am very disappointed with the service

The weather was bad from Eastern Cape but the driver was very coutios and we kept on asking for heater when we feeling hot we would ask for aircon but he tollarated all that, and bathroom breaks I'm very pleased to let u knw that his service was so great, he kept on checking up on us, its so sad that I forgot to ask his name but when we landed I spoke to him thanking him for his exceptional service 😊😊🙏

The bus did not come to mthatha they gave us to onather bus that was going to Queenstown, I waited there for 10pm bus , as I'm writing this I haven't arrive to my destination

It's disappointing and it's not supposed to be used by people. It is not reliable at all. The bus never came to Umtata, I had to go to Queenstown and find the bys there.
