Bus Tickets from Midrand to Durban

The bus was on time however it was long drive and arrive late, not on time for arrival

Felt really cold cause the aircons were on even in the middle of the night cause i took an overnight bus

We arrived late because the bus had technical issues. Please service your busses. But it was very comfortable.

I did not receive any sticker for my luggage. My seat lever to adjust the seat was broken, the charging ports of half the row was not working , the bus was 30 min late although they did make up for it by arriving earlier I'm durban

I didn't like that the bus was 2hours 45minutes late, and when we arrived at park station we waited 20 minutes before we were moved to another bus, arriving at Durban station at 21:41 at night with no alternative transport for myself at that hour. I do not recommend traveling with Citiliner Plus.

Great bus overall, just that the driver was going ridiculously fast and it was scary

The bus was clean, air conditioning and charging points were available. The driver was kind and efficient.

The bus came one hour late. Had to change to another bus at Hiddleburg, another hour delay. Ended up arriving late where I was going. On all this scenarios, no explanation given.

I missed my bus by just a minute because of traffic. When I tried to call, the phone doesn't even go through and the guys at the information don't know anything

I was adviced that the bus would pick me up at Engen Midrand one stop garage I got there earlier until I reliased that the time has passed when I called I was told it was a different one as they have North and South which was not indicated on the ticket I lost my money.

It was the worse experience ever, the bus was late to pick us up, it was extremely hot as the aircon was not working the seat belt message kept going on, the bus had a bad smell, to top it all of we were 2 hours late on drop off, as the ticket said we would arrive at 5:35am however we arrived far after 7am, I missed a very important appointment. I am extremely dissatisfied. We did not even have a proper bathroom break on an almost 12 hour trip.

The seats were very comfortable and toilet nice and clean however the driver did not keep us informed when he took another route due to an accident, we arrived an hour late for work. Just glad to be home safe.

Our driver was a down to earth person with a big heart for the people. Reasons I did not enjoy their services : - My trip was delayed by 2 hours. - There was no air-con. - There was no toilet.

No need to complain about the bus. Everything I enjoyed. The driver was very kind . I don't mind travelling again with Eagle Liner.

The driver drove well and also respected the time, the only issue I had was that there is not much space around the seats

Happy with the service received. Just bus is a bit cramped for space.
