Adirondack Trailways User Reviews
Adirondack Trailways receives praise for providing comfortable rides with punctual service, as noted by users who appreciated the peaceful travel experience. However, some reviews highlight areas for improvement such as internet connectivity and communication during boarding processes in NYC and Albany. Additionally, concerns were raised about loud speakers and cleanliness of seats on certain trips.
As usual, it was a smooth overnight ride with a rather quick border passing and early arrival in New York. Driver was a bit late with announcements at the start, but we were checked in well and he was a bit overwhelmed because of a later bus that had been cancelled (with extra passengers). He was an excellent driver who drove well and safely, and announced times with stops most clearly. My only complaint: grabbing my suitcase from the luggage bin at Port Authority, I took a hard and bloody fall: there was a ramp next to the bus I did not see. At such an early, sleepy arrival, a loud "watch your step!" addressed to exiting passengers would have saved me from almost also breaking bones…

The drive itself was fine. The driver was good. The disorganization of the process both in NYC and Albany was so bad that I decided to disembark at the non-station rather than wait an indeterminate time to go to the Amtrak station where I had planned to be picked up by my friend. The process is always improved by communication, which was seriously lacking. It was not the drivers fault, but she did little to alleviate the mis communication.

The ride was smooth and we got there early.

Good=Quick, easy, convenient and inexpensive. Bad= WiFi issues, but that might’ve been me. Generally a much more positive experience than I had expected!

Was puntual very good service only that they don't give no water for the trip
