Was caught up in a lot of traffic due to accident and working on the streets with cones everywhere therefore it made me miss my bus paid 55.16. And got 9.00 credit had to buy another ticket every not happy.

The driver was very nice and the trip was very smooth. I would ride it again. And the price is reasonable too.

Booked a ticket to north Hollywood from Vegas. But when the bus started moving driver said it will only go to Downtown LA. Bus broke down at the middle of I15 with a driver that can’t explain the situation and offered no explanation or comfort. Took 3 recon buses to transport people out. Still all going to DTLA. The 4-5 hour trip became 10-11. Never again.

I changed the passenger and was never notified that the new passenger needed my email to complete the process. Her departure was delayed for 7 hours, until she was able to contact me. This is a terrible lack of information for a service provider such as yourselves.

Worst greyhound ride I’ve ever been on. The driver took an extra stop and delayed all of the stops. He was rude and didn’t even help get the bags out of the bus. I hope he gets fired for how awful he was

Fast and convenient

Got us from A to B but took longer than usual. Driver had a habit of reading his phone while driving. The worst thing was we didn’t realise the LA office was right next to Skid Row. As tourists from abroad we got dropped off in the evening with all our bags in the dodgiest part of the city. I’ve never felt more unsafe and I would have appreciated a word of warning from staff before the drop off. Thankfully our Uber came quickly. Would not recommend this service to female tourists travelling solo.

Terrible driver in terms of attitude and driving both.

I didn't enjoy the check in process i.e. the luggage check-in. Then our route dropped us off over 50 minutes late, causing me to miss my train home. 😢 I like that Los Limousine is usually the cheapest booking price, compared to the other companies.

Bus Terminal is very old. Need renovation. And destination to Downtown LA of this company is dangerous very close to homeless area.

Bus driver told me i was at my stop. He had me i disembarked no where near my destination which was 2.5 hours away. By the time I realized this the bus was gone, it left immediately after i got off. Customer service has yet to get back to me even though i contacted them immediately. 3 days and not even an email. Won't be using their service again ever.

Friendly driver. They were unable to accommodate my wheelchair request. Said the lift was not working. Employee did assist me with my boarding to avoid any injuries.

Both me and my partner was very happy with our trip with Tuesday, thought our driver was very professional in every way

I paid for a ticket route las vegas to los angeles and on the printed ticket it had an address 99 S MLK which is north Vegas. I get there 30 minutes prior to departure. Waited till 15 minutes after its scheduled departure. Called the company and they responded that they no longer pick up there as of Dec 2021. My ride was for apr 8 2022. Please guys pay extra and avoid this line of transportation.
