Not the driver's fault--there was a bad accident that slowed the bus down. Excellent bus driver, BTW.

Was transfer in Hartford, bus from Hartford was late 45 minutes and was late 40 minutes in Boston I have to take taxi to cutch my flight to Lisbon Was extra $20.00 cost for me. I do not hear anything from (2) drivers what happen or any “please forgive us” for delay Actually driver said in 1 hour and 35 minutes we be on south station in Boston. Taking 2 hours Very disappointed

There was a severe thunderstorm going on and even though we were under a covered area the driver never thought to offer to load the bus Even though he was ready and the line was long he didn't load until 5:45 and shouted this bus isn't stopping in Worcester it is direct to Boston. Customer service goes a long way. Word of mouth (smile)

On the way there the bus smelled overwhelming like urine. It was pouring rain and the roof was leaking on me and 2 other passengers. There were no other available seats to move to that weren't completely soaked. When I arrived in boston my clothes were soaking wet. It was a terrible experience. The bus on the way home was beautiful and comfortable. I don't understand how that was ok. It was pouring inside the bus. The smell was horrible.

Enjoyed my trip,just wondering how come we stopped twice ,didn't pick up or drop off people,stopped in Sturbridge and Framingham,would prefer to go straight through

I really enjoy the ride and don't hesitate at all to use Greyhound for my next trip

No Trip. Nobody in Springfield, MA, central station knew where the Flixbus left. On the phone / for over an hour only empty excuses. People Show no responsibility. I wrote an email / I am still waitung for a response.

The bus never showed up. No notifications. Had to take the train instead.
