I did not get to make this journey because I was told hours before the ride that passengers with more than one suitcase would need to purchase another ticket for each additional suitcase to ensure space. This would have been helpful to know before I purchased my original ticket. It ended up being more economical to just take an uber ride to my final destination.

The vehicle was not a bus but a personal vehicle that showed up more than 30 minutes late, I had purchased the ticket through busted that showed no link to ourbus

It was inappropriate that 40 people were slated for such a small van. We literally sat on our bags with aching knees and toes all trip long.

Things were good. First time I use Trailways and I liked it. But there weren’t instructions on where to find the bus in Destiny mall. I had to ask around about the bus stop. And because the bus did not show up until 4:50 sharp, I was not sure if I’m in the eighth place

This was one of the best Trailways rides I had. The driver was friendly and helpful.

The transfer from Syracuse bus station to Ithaca was luckily at 5 because the bus from Syracuse airport to the bus station at 4:05 was 45+ minutes late. The bus driver and support person on the phone were very nice
