We wore on our way from Bloemfontein with the 17:45 bus , and the driver drove us so so afraid that we screamed in the bus afraid for our lives on the long way from Colesburg it was unpleasant for us and the little children and old people in the bus eventually from Lainsburg a other driver took over , it was my first time via bus but never ever again

The bus was late by 40 minutes and I wad not notified that the bus will be late but other than that the driver was the best

First of all the drivers were very very rude. And its a pity that a reputable company like intercape have such lousy operators. To mention fue, those guys pushed us back of the bus saying we(customers) we eat too much we even mix different food now we're releasing air from the back. That was such a mean to almost 82 passengers on that bus. The bus was from Cape Town to Pretoria. The bus reg: ICG 8102 GP those guys needs a serious disciplinary process. They act as if they already got or promised the Job elsewhere. They just dont care anymore. They were telling in Xhosa. The experience was very very horrible. Please take this into consideration no one was happy in that Intercape Budgetliner

No personal space on bus, no AC on the bus, and the bus was slower to the destionation than is stated

It arrived early in Worcester and late in Bloemfontein
