Amtrak Dallas Austin recent customer reviews
Me and many other passengers were stuck in FWT for three hours and people started to go stir crazy. One had to be escorted out and arrested by police. I’ve always wondered why it took people so long to board in FWT as I often ride the other way and I now know it is because the staff gives zero information. One was telling us to go to our train car only to be told to go back to scan our tickets once we got there. I was lucky and a gentleman let me in the line with him after the confusion. I wish this system was a little more communicative.

I didn’t enjoy that we had to get off the train and wait for one hour to the bus

Not good. No train since 1100am . And was forced to cancel after 2:3Opm . And was forced to take the bus and even faster and well safe.
