Greyhound Baton Rouge Dallas recent customer reviews
Very scary station. I had to go to the station to change my ticket. There were questionable people out front. I was afraid to park in the parking lot. I left and decided to fly home

The bus driver from Houston to Dallas was absolutely the rudest and most unprofessional person I have met in years. He was yelling and screaming at anyone who asked him a question. since my boss was 2 1/2 hours late in Baton Rouge naturally my schedule was thrown off and I had to coordinate getting a ride in Dallas so when I asked him what the ETA was and I asked him several times he yelled at me and was so ugly and disrespectful it was really unexpected. I think that bus driver refax reflects very poorly on the professionalism of Greyhound bus services he was horrible. His driving skills were OK but his professional skills are abysmal his personality is horrible and his people skills are completely nonexistent.
