Price was too high and customers service was very poor because i spent an entire afternoon on one way leaving sout station, boston, where I was supposed to arrive at 7: 30 pm, at new york to depart at around 9 newjersey. That was really bad service to customers and i dont think i will take greyhoud any more

No charging. Couldn't charge my phone the whole ride, 2023 first world problems. I get it. But every other bus on the planet has charging. Fix the busses.
