Bus Tickets from Genève Airport to Morzine

The bus was put back 15 mins then was another 20 mins late. Cramped journey, landed at 1620 got into resort at 2000. Poor.

Long wait

I had to reschedule my bus and, regardless of your own policy for rescheduling bookings, pay a new ticket.

In the ticket was 8am. We tried to reach out by phone. No one answered. We tried to track the bus. Didn't work. We called again. The person in the phone hanged out on us because we were asking why was so late. Once rhe driver arrived, we asked to arrive to Morzine station to take the navette to les prodains. They put us in a further place. He told us there was buses every 5 min there for the prodains. It wasn't true. We had to do autostop and then take a bus. It was a nightmare!

We booked a 3pm bus and we were told there was no space left. We booked in advance to secure a space on this specific bus and we confirmed, so we’re angry our seats were sold to other people. The next bus was 4.30pm but that was late and we didn’t leave until after 5pm. Really really poor service
