I had to take an Uber to Tampa. The bus station was very dangerous and full of gang like people. It felt extremely unsafe and just one security guard. I will never use this service again

The worst experience I have ever had in any moving vehicle. The was late to begin with, there was no air conditioning making the bus packed full of people 20 degrees hotter than the already tropical heat of south Florida in July. And finally the entire bus smelled like human waste because that system was broken as well.

Bus station in Orlando was about average. Driver was cool, bus was on time, relatively clean. Tampa station sucked. Half the machines to buy bus tickets were out of service and the others should have been.
