July 7th and July 8th we took a bus from san antonio to dallas the bus was an hour late picking us up and our seats were overbooked 2 of the seats were overbooked when i got on the bus with my 4 year old i asked the driver where our seats were and i tried to find them there were people sitting on them i asked them to move because that was our seats and they said that they paid for those seats as well i went to the driver to ask if they could move the people grom our seats because i paid for all of us to be sitting together he told me to just find a spot and sit?? There were only some seats available and none of them were together i told him that and he said to just go because I'm now making them late and then he started up the bus and sped off as i was still standing in the aisle with my 4 year old and I'm also pregnant. Not only did we not get the seats we paid for but the driver put me and my family in danger my son almost hit the floor and me being pregnant almost fell with him. We need these 2 seats refunded i had to sit with my child in my lap I'm not going to pay for a seat we didn't use. This is unacceptable and not okay, and it needs to be fixed we were coming back from visiting my fiance who just got some time off from the military.
