I had an Unprofessional loud mouth Bus driver, who was very obnoxious, and downright rude to passengers. The name I obtained later Yvonne Rotlins based in Phoenix, AZ. This was also a greeting and an introduction using similar words, again very loudly. "I can't allow any passengers seated in the first four rows to use any electronics, or have them plugged in, it is a federal regulation" I myself was sitting in the fourth row, and using my cell phone on the phone with a friend. I was cooperating, after I asked the question, just using my cell phone. Nasty with me, yes including your cell phone, then I turned my back and I was talking to my friend, as I was cooperating, and moving to another seat, using my freedom of speech to my friend, my back was turned, and I said my goodness how rude of a driver, and at that point she kicked me off the bus. I never used profaninty or foul language, and she was apparently listening in on my conversation, when I wasn't even speaking with her direct. This driver should not be driving with Greyhound, this was totally unprofessional behavior, and should be viewed on the bus about 1220PM on 10/17/2019 leaving Tucson, AZ and trying to get back to Mesa, AZ. I was left stranded in Tucson. The loud, obnoxious behavior, as an intorduction/greeting was a terrible impression, and should not be tolerated or acceptable.
