Bus Tickets from Washington to Madison Square Garden

It was awful. The bus was frigid and when I asked the driver during our one stopover if he could adjust it, he told me ‘it’s like the hospital. It can’t be changed’. He was obnoxious, rude and unprofessional and didn’t have the decency to at least make eye contact while being all three.

Good experience. The bus was very new and in mint condition. It wasn’t labeled as a Flix bus so I almost missed it. But the ride was quick and smooth, there was plenty of room, and the seats were comfortable.

Nicest/newest looking bus I've taken to NYC and I've taken a lot. Only negatives - wifi didn't work/show up and no soap/hand sanitizer in the bathroom

Today was not a good day. I arrived on time for the bus, it was late by One Hour and Fifhteen Minutes. This delayed destroyed my visitation plans to see my two sick brothers in the city.

My trip was scheduled to start at 1:45 am but the bus did not come on time and I had to take the bus at 3:15 am, which was not good. I felt terrible.

Horrible. The driver harassed us the entire time and refused to drive us to our location at the end so we had to switch buses. Will never ride Greyhound again.

better if have earlier time, 2 times per day was not suit my need but your customer service is very responsive

The bus was on time from departure to arrival. The complementary water also helped.

The time is not accurate we were supposed to arrive at 9.30 but we arrived at 10.50 The bus was nice and clean and the driver was good. Time is very important

We were welcomed with water bottles by the staff. James the driver was super nice and made feel everybody comfortable and in safe hands. He can drive around NY super well!!

Weak WiFi, cold in the train, delay schedule. In other cases everything was nice!

1 hour 30 minutes late. The train stops without any information or any alternative to get yo NY. Just wait inside.
