Bus Tickets from Worcester, MA to New York, NY

The bus was an hour and a half late, and the driver who picked up the passengers from Worcester offered no explanation as to why the bus was so late. Despite not giving any reason for being late, he took his time smoking a cigarette before resuming the drive leaving Worcester. He also was unnecessarily rude to several passengers and said nothing during the trip.

Bus left Hartfort late and arrived in New York two hours later than planed. Missed my flight to Washington 😐

My bus arrived at Worcester and left on time. I made my connection in Hartford to Geo Washington Bridge, NY(which had only a 10 min. transition time) with no problem. Both drivers were helpful and friendly. It was a very good experience.

Made it sure that I get on the right bus at right time ,. This was very important for the first time and being senior passenger like me.🙏

Seats were pretty uncomfortable, hurt my neck and back, but everything else was just fine. Hoping for a newer bud with better seats on my return trip.

Does not enforce sanitization or social distancing. Does not encourage riders to wear masks. The bus was packed at full capacity and multiple people did not have masks on

Getting this bus was a nightmare. No signs that say “OurBus” and the stop is near a big bus station with greyhound buses etc but “OurBus” doesn’t pick up there it picks up on some random street in the city. Itnwas two hours late both trips (there and back) avoid at all costs

I really enjoy every bit of munite throughout. I am happy my son recommended OurBus to me

I was sent a message that the bus would be 10-15 minutes late. I still got there before the original departure time but the bus had already departed. Horrible organization.
