At the bus terminal, the bus company runs quite efficiently. The bus is generally clean and comfortable and impressive seat recline. The bus driver's style was also quite steady, not aggressive at all. The only two things I would comnent are that: There are no seat belt. The bus does not stop at any rest area, and it fully relies on the toilet on board.

Absolutely terrible. They cancelled our bus a couple of hours before and left us with no alternative transport to Uyuni due to being overbooked. This meant we missed the tour we were booked on and lost money.

The location pin to find the bus was completely incorrect. They allowed strangers on the bus to join the journey. They allowed strangers on the bus to beg. They allowed dogs on the bus. A child was flashing a flashlight in my face for the entire first half of the trip, and was put on the ground to sleep because they didnt have a seat. People were watching videos on their phones without headphones. The bus was very smelly and the floor was very dirty. The power outlets didnt work for the first few hours. There was no wifi.

It was absolutely freezing even with multiple layers of clothing and the driver stopped on the side of the road for 3 hours with no explanation

Excellent service. Comfortable seats good driving. A blanket would have been nice.

The seat was comfortable but it was very cold in the bus and the phone charger didn't work
