Bus was 6 hours late, I missed my flight out of Santa Cruz. They even charged an extra 80BOB because they wanted to go through Sucre instead of Cochabamba. Horrible service.

The seats were comfortable but beyond that we had a poor experience. The staff were rude and very unhelpful. They seemed to be putting a lot of cargo into the luggage hold instead of passengers luggage and left us waiting a long time to load our bags, I imagine not everyone’s bags would have fit in the hold because of this. The AC was too high so it was very cold. They allowed sellers on the bus. Many other passengers took calls or played videos aloud all night long.

We left an hour late and then were made to get off the bus at the airport and wait on the side of the road for 45 minutes, no one communicated with us. We arrived in Santa Cruz 2 1/2 hours late so the journey was 20 hours 30 minutes in total

First of all the type ok sit was changed, but thi is ok. The problem was that the bus made 1 h and half of delayed to reach the bus terminal of the departure. in addition the heating was turned off and most of passengers have got cold. The humidity was too high.
