Bus Tickets from Montreal to Madison Square Garden

Terrible. I am very allergic to dogs and someone used the seat next to me to sit their dog. I was told it wasn't legal

No heat in the night bus, old bus not confortable et all, some seats must be renewed at least

My roundtrip from Montréal to New York went well! I was a bit skeptical because I'm not used to long bus rides, but it turned out better than expected. The driver, who took us both ways, was really nice and even gave us his own toilet paper when the restroom ran out (though the bus toilet could've been cleaner). I was also happy we arrived back in Montréal earlier than scheduled. Overall, a good experience

I have been using Adirondack Trailways for several years now and was my first choice in transport. The drivers are always super friendly compared to the competition. But on this trip I noticed that the chairs were replaced. Head, neck support was poor, and being 6 foot 2 in height, the chairs were squeezed closer. Good thing I was sitting alone, as I could not close my legs and would have invaded my neighbours space. Behind me, i could feel the other passenger knees as she moved around. On an eight hour ride. Not comfortable

The bus was almost an hour late for departure. The AC was very intense for the autumn temperature outside so we were freezing. But overall, the ride was great, quick and efficient. The seats are comfortable and clean.

At the station in longueuil, Montreal, there was no signage for the adirondack trailways bus. I was told by an official to wait at door number 6. i did so. The bus apparently came and left but did not stop at door #6. I want my $100 back.

The bus left on time (after the driver gave us a little brief of the trip ahead, which I had rarely encountered in other bus trips) and arrived 2 hours early. It was a smooth and comfortable ride, with a very pleasant driver. Definitely recommend as the best cross border form of transport from MTL->NY

Absolutely horrifying... it was around 40 to 42 degrees in the bus because the AC broke down and the electric plugs didn't work until halfway through thr trip when we requested a reboot of the electric box. This bus should have never passed inspections because there is so much that's wrong with it. We were all drenched in sweat and had trouble breathing from the heat, some started to feel dizzy and came close to fainting.

We were over an hour late at the arrival, beside the US border custom control the driver made only 1 stop. His driving was dangerous

At first it was nice, then we kept being delayed... And ended up on NYC at almost midnight instead of ten

Very comfortable and great seats but quite slow and WiFi was patchy at best

Everything was great, my only with is the train goes faster.
