Bus Tickets from Toronto to Peterborough

Rain leaked into bus. Got dropped off in mall parking lot when expected to be dropped at bus terminal.

I wasn’t at all pleased with the drop off. It wasn’t what was listed. I was left in a shopping mall. I didn’t know where I was and the driver was not at all helpful. Standing in the rain feeling quite ‘lost’. My ride was waiting at the designated pickup point.

Fast prompt.

Smooth ride, left and arrived on time. Seats were comfortable and having outlets near my seat was very convenient. Driver was friendly

Bus left on time… bus was comfortable and clean. It was a bit difficult finding the Union Bus station. There needs to be more detailed instructions from the entrance of Union Station.

It was excellent to find a bus service that would go directly from Toronto into Peterborough. Too bad that there is only one time to depart at each day (11:15 am) downtown. This might assist in lessening the number of people on the one bus that does depart each day. I found the seats a bit too crowded and not enough leg room - maybe a bit too cozy. They should have removed one row of seats and given a couple of more inches of room to those that were left.

My ride was cancelled at the last minute and I had to scramble for an alternative plan. It was awful. I will never use Book A Ride again.

Pleasantly surprised. Trip was fast, and very comfortable. Better than train. Price is right.
