How to travel from Kelowna to Vancouver

This was my very first time riding the Ebus. Great start until we had to change buses due to air flow problems. Wasn’t too bad though. Our return trip wasn’t that great. However, the first driver was very professional and had good communication skills. He was constantly keeping us updated on traffic/road conditions accidents etc. And then our trip was delayed by an hour. Not only because of traffic and accidents, but the change over shifts happened. The second driver hadn’t got a break and here we were rushed our 20 minutes break just to sit for another 15-20 minutes more, so the driver got his break. It would have been fine if the first driver who was doing a great job communicating, would have given us a heads up. But whatever I guess. The icing on the cake was having to sit through an hour of two homeless people bickering at each other. “F” bombing the whole time. They didn’t even know each other but some how found a way to get on each other’s nerves. Understandably the driver couldn’t do much as we were already an hour behind schedule. So, here’s my rant. Still gave them 3 stars.

I enjoyed the trip from Kelowna to Vancouver as the bus was on time, the driver's (we had 2) were professional, kept us informed as to arrival times into each stop and the bus was clean and comfortable. The only negative was that I thought the cost was a little high but other than that, it was a good trip.

I left at 6:30 am from Vancouver Arrived at 30m almost in Jekowna Of course Highway incident but your drivers then still make unnecessary stops and don’t consider if stopping passengers may be hungry I was starving whine Ride Sane occurrence last November I was victim to being on sane trip that got caught in delay because Highway fire with Penske truck Freezing cold over 12 hours No compensation And again driver could have detoured and been in Kelowna in 6 hours Both times I’ve lost business meetings and lost cost of travel Over 500 in losses Sure highway accidents and construction not in your control but the way the issues dealt with are ridiculous The people sat during truck fire starving The detour could have been decided immediately as the driver was insisting with dusk arch on my own personal phone Only one working Needs improvement I believe I deserve compensation And emergency food and water Nothing on board That’s beyond comprehension

The lady driver from kelowna to Armstrong was very polite and very friendly. The bus was very clean and smell good. I love the floor.we will ride again.10 star

I didn’t arrive on time at Vancouver, they show that i will be there at 09:05 but I reached at 10:10 which is not good for me .
