How to travel from Toronto to London

Awful, bus didn’t arrive on time we had to call customer service to tell us the driver was not coming and we had to wait 2.5 hours for the next one

The bus was an hour and a half late. My ticket was for 230 in the afternoon, I had to wait for a bus until almost 4 pm. The customer service also hung up on me when I was asking questions.

The bus was supposed to drop me off to a place (as chosen by me and mentioned in the ticket) but they stopped in a different place and told me that the bus will not go to my actual destination but a shuttle service will drop me. A small van took three of us and they dropped me at the very end. This caused a significant delay.

The availability was enjoyed. The driver was not driving appropriately. (Speeding/not maintaining lanes properly)

The service was great. The driver even help put the wifi password in phone. The bus was full and the travel was comfortable. Will travel with onexbus again in the future.

On time departure was great. I am a retired bus operator and the driver was either very inexperienced or poorly trained. I was glad to disembark as I felt sick to my stomach by the end of my journey.

I didn't like having to throw out an $7 meal cause I guess food and drinks are not allowed on a 3 hour bus ride

FLIX bus line cancelled 10 minutes before departure time due to unforeseen circumstances according to them. I was forewarned by a friend that FLIX is famous for cancelling & leaving their passengers stranded. I should have listened. All other buses heading to London ON were fully booked due to the holiday weekend. My husband had to drive from London ON to Toronto, to pick me up. Not a good experience for me.

Bus was late and destination arrival was 1 hour late. Driver didn't seem much friendly.

Needs easier ways to communicate and receive information. Too much guessing with the service to be provided.

My trip with OurBus was from Toronto (Front and York) to London, Ontario, with the final stop at the VIA Rail train station. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bus did not stop at my intended destination, Western University behind Elgin Hall. I had planned my trip based on the location I booked, and this change caused significant inconvenience. I believe it's important for services like OurBus to maintain consistency with their stops, especially when passengers plan their trips based on the schedule and route they book. This experience was not acceptable.

The arrival was 50 minutes late and my last trip to Toronto to I had to get off before we left because it was half an hour late leaving. I rely on the bus schedules to be accurate, obviously I shouldn't rely on a service to be reliable which has been proven multiple times now. People make plans around the schedules and when they can't be kept it effects the whole travel plan

It was the worst journey I’ve ever had. The bus was 1h and a half late for a 2 hour journey. The bus was overbooked so someone Shad to get off, and the trip took 1 more hour than planned.

The bus was over an hour and a half late leaving the station. It kept getting pushed back with no explanation.

The food was actually quite good on the ride, the server was as good as can be for working solo. I was disappointed I couldn't figure out where the business lounge was at Union Station.

Via rail is clean but had a very late time that it arrived at the destination. It was more than 2 hours late

There was long delays that significantly impacted my next appointment and made me loose money.
