How to travel from Toronto to London

Driver was on the phone the whole time, no seatbelts, brakes did not seam good and driver wasn’t either.

Onex bus canceled my return trip back to Toronto on 3 rd Febuary at 12.02 am was canceled so waited for the 2.30am, a bus from another bus company turned up at 2.20 am but not onexbus. l waited to 3.15 am so l had Find somewhere warm l cam back to back via station 5.55am and l waited there 7.30am so got via rail train at 7.40am back to Oakville that cost me $84.00 then the Go train to port credit $5.35 Is Onex going reverse me this extra cost. Onex bus company put a bus service on does not matter 1 person or bus is full should not cancel that bus, it's is the middle of winter and there shelter at via rail station London Ontario not until 5.45 am. I thinking finding a different bus company in the future because Onex bus companycis not reliable

the driver is helpful, but the 40 -min delay led to missing the last bus afterwards

Was stranded in Toronto. First time using the service. Little late arriving but travel was smooth. No concerns. Was little surprised of driver talking on his phone through a headset though. Didn’t think that was permitted while driving??

It was on time but 5 minutes prior to arrival at the destination, the bus started smoking under the hood and we had to pull over. The driver started and stopped the bus a bunch of times until we finally made it. But the bus was quite literally smoking from the hood while we were driving on the highway.

It was quite, people seemed to respect others on the bus. I didn't like the fact that the bathroom was messy, mirror was really dirty, it had stink, not just from the toilet. Nothing worked. I couldn't lock the door..

Bus driver was awful. an hour late to my destination. No assistance in retrieving my baggage

Bus driver was incompetent and didn’t help with any bags which were packed badly, made us arrive an hour late to our destination and didn’t know how to scan our QR code tickets

I didn't like having to throw out an $7 meal cause I guess food and drinks are not allowed on a 3 hour bus ride

The bus was supposed to leave at 7:15 PM . However it only arrived at 8:30PM departing at 9:00PM. I reached my destination by midnight when it should have been 10:00PM.

The bus left on time but it arrived over half an hour late, this is not the first time it has arrived late. There were no charging ports, the bus was also dirty.

awful. they cancelled, did not email, and did not help AT ALL when there was 20+ left with no transportation

Kudos to our bus driver this morning for calling the attention of one passenger using her phone on loud speaker. The bus and the toilet was clean. I just hope that they could improve on the wifi connection though.

It was my first time using New York Trailways. I was going from Toronto to London Ontario. And this was the best trip. The seats are very comfortable. And I had a space for my legs to feel free. There was a working restroom, which is a big plus. I can't say anything about Wi-Fi, because I didn't use it. I was listening to music. And I want to add that the driver was also excellent. He helped me with my luggage. His attitude was positive. I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for such a good trip

The bus was clean. The driver was courteous and professional. We reached on time.

The food was actually quite good on the ride, the server was as good as can be for working solo. I was disappointed I couldn't figure out where the business lounge was at Union Station.

Via rail is clean but had a very late time that it arrived at the destination. It was more than 2 hours late

There was long delays that significantly impacted my next appointment and made me loose money.
