How to travel from Toronto to London

The driver was very kind… comfortable seats… the only negative was that the outlet in front of my seat weren’t working but i was able to use the one from a different seat

The overall journey was satisfactory. The driver was politer and friendly. Despite departing late, we reached on time to the destination. However, on the downside, the seats were not marked with numbers and that creates a sense of confusion. Some of the overhead cabins had no locks.

why the bus need to stoop at the middle of the trip for 15 mins (most of people sitted inside and waiting for driver) at the resting area?

Bus was delayed with notice. But then was even further delayed without any notice.

Bus driver was awful. an hour late to my destination. No assistance in retrieving my baggage

Wasn’t expecting a small van. It was crowded and I wanted to be able to sleep which was not possible given the setup.

Pick up was in time. Notification sent ahead to inform passengers of delay. No access to wifi while on board? The wifi was not open and free for passengers to use while on transit. However, it was shown on the app that there will be wifi.

Timings were perfect. Bus driver very good! Bus was a little older but ran well.

The bus arrived to the station to pick us up 3 hours later than scheduled. This was my second time attempting to take this Megabus route, the first time it also arrived 2 hours later than scheduled. It is clear that they are incorrectly advertising times as they are not able to meet them

The bus was supposed to leave at 7:15 PM . However it only arrived at 8:30PM departing at 9:00PM. I reached my destination by midnight when it should have been 10:00PM.

The bus left on time but it arrived over half an hour late, this is not the first time it has arrived late. There were no charging ports, the bus was also dirty.

Kudos to our bus driver this morning for calling the attention of one passenger using her phone on loud speaker. The bus and the toilet was clean. I just hope that they could improve on the wifi connection though.

It was my first time using New York Trailways. I was going from Toronto to London Ontario. And this was the best trip. The seats are very comfortable. And I had a space for my legs to feel free. There was a working restroom, which is a big plus. I can't say anything about Wi-Fi, because I didn't use it. I was listening to music. And I want to add that the driver was also excellent. He helped me with my luggage. His attitude was positive. I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for such a good trip

Most incredible bus service I've been on. Everyone cares: there's an attendant that serves water and the atmosphere was very friendly. They truly care about customer service and it reminded me of when service matter. I will always recommend Red Arrow to anyone travelling by bus.

Everything was wonderful. The ladies ( the driver and the assistant) were very nice.

Ran Late but that was a traffic issue not a driver issue. Air conditioning was acting up. As a result the temp wasn't the best.

Our bus broke down in the middle of our trip. Had to wait for 2 hours before another bus came to convey us to our destination. Not a pleasant experience for a first timer

The bus cancelled on us and never notified us so we waited in the cold for an hour on Christmas Day missing Christmas dinner with our family

Needs easier ways to communicate and receive information. Too much guessing with the service to be provided.

My trip with OurBus was from Toronto (Front and York) to London, Ontario, with the final stop at the VIA Rail train station. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the bus did not stop at my intended destination, Western University behind Elgin Hall. I had planned my trip based on the location I booked, and this change caused significant inconvenience. I believe it's important for services like OurBus to maintain consistency with their stops, especially when passengers plan their trips based on the schedule and route they book. This experience was not acceptable.

I’m afraid there wasn’t a lot I was happy about. The driver was on his phone, the vehicle was old and has to go in the slow lane with hazards on as it was so slow.

Our experience was shockingly inadequate. After an international flight from Madrid we had anticipated the final homeward bus ride to be the least complex part of the trip. Told to be at terminal 1, pillar P4 15 minutes before our 5:05 p.m. bus - we followed instructions. By 5:30 there was no sign of the bus, so I checked messages and at 5:40 received one indicating the bus would be there by 5:35! There was no further communication from the company - nor did our bus ever arrive. At 6:45p.m. (Having waited outside in the cold for 2 hours) an alternative company also heading for London, Ontario was able to take us on board (at $40 each) and we arrived at our destination.

Bus did not show up. Or did not park where shown in the ticket. Had to book another bus casing a further two hours delay.

The service and food was good but there was a delay of 1 hours 20 minutes on a trip of 5,5 hours.. I was suppose to have a connection of more than a hour so it will give me time to eat but it end up I coudnt and also my second trip from Toronto to London was also delay.

The food was actually quite good on the ride, the server was as good as can be for working solo. I was disappointed I couldn't figure out where the business lounge was at Union Station.

Via rail is clean but had a very late time that it arrived at the destination. It was more than 2 hours late

Good experience, driver was there on time and waited about 5 minutes for a late passenger before he left. Glad he announced our stop as it was very late & we had dozed off.

The bus never showed up. Leaving me stranded at Pearson at 1:55 am in the morning.

The shuttle was 40min late. It's a pity because then the journey was comfortable and the van very clean.

It was amazing and very professional. The ride was smooth and quick. The car itself was quiet clean and tidy!

Phenomenal experience. Driver was on-time (actually early), extremely diligent, and respectful. He is a very safe driver. Altogether an excellent experience. Highly recommended!
