How to travel from Vancouver to Vernon

It was good but the instructions were unclear if we were supposed to transfer at Kelowna to another bus to get to Vernon. The announcements were inconsistent between was supposed to be happening at Merritt (change of driver) and then kelowna (change of bus???). Also the seat belts dig into the back. Bathroom was boiling hot and lack of water to wash the hands.

I missed the bus by 5 minutes tried to call your customer service but nobody answered very disappointing

The drivers and the bus was nice but it was a few hours late. Also, at one of the stops an out of it drunk person came out of an alleyway and tryed to claim our bag. Luckily I was out stretching.

I was so impressed with the efficiency, courtesy and warmth of the drivers. They absolutely went above and beyond my expectations in their friendly and caring attitudes and their attention to passenger comfort and safety. One example was how they announced clear and accurate time frames for passengers to return to the bus at each stop, and further doing head counts to ensure each passenger had returned to their seat before driving away. With other bus companies, I know of two occasions where my family members were left stranded at remote locations- one being my 76 year old mother in the middle of the night at Merritt. The bus drivers I had on my trip from Vancouver to Vernon both ensured that such an unfortunate and unsafe situation would not occur. I can’t say enough about how pleasant my trip on August 2 was - just the best!

The drivers were excellent and very kind. But we got delayed with an hour so I missed a meeting:/

good, need more washrooms in some stops,where were there for 10, 15 minutes
